I'm not a newcomer, but here are my starting stats and some very brief past history:

Starting - Flaccid length: 4.5"
Flaccid girth: (can't remember)
Erect length: 7.4"
Erect girth: 4.9"

History - I've been going for maybe a year now. I'm not the type to blitz real hard but I've been at it steadily and I'm not going to give up until I reach my goal of at least 10.5x7. I moved up to 8" erect in a few months, and 5" in girth. My girth has been slow going.
Worked damn hard in the summer and gained half an inch in length in 7 weeks.

Now - Flaccid length: 6" more or less
Flaccid girth: 4" (sigh)
Erect length: 8.6"
Erect girth: 5.3"

If I don't get to at least 5.5" in EG before I get to 9" in EL then all length exercises will stop until I hit 6" EG, then I can take it easy. ;)

If I whack the ruler in very hard, I reach about 8.8". But I might be cheating :p

I'll keep at it. I said I'd be 9x6 by Christmas and I'm not about to let myself down now
 
Measured today...so close to 9". :mrgrin:

If I was feeling optimistic, I'd say there's an outside chance of me hitting 9.5" before Christmas.

If I was feeling optimistic...
 
My routine is fairly basic and doesn't last particularly long but it's pretty intense. It's based on the theory that lifting really heavy weights will bulk out your body quicker than lifting lighter weights more often.
Plus I LIKE THE PAINNNN! :hammer:
I do try and keep to 7 on 0 off though, except I didn't do any yesterday so I have to make up for it today :s
It's also over a routine over 2 days:

Day A

Morning

- Hot Wrap
- General loosening up, i.e - just whirling it around a bit and stretching a little.
- 5 V-Blasters, 10 seconds each
- Shaz-TOW just below glans
- Shaz-TOW in mid-shaft
- Shaz-TOW at base
- 5 V-blasters, 10 seconds each
- General loosening up
- Hot Wrap

--------Kegels throughout the day--------

Late Evening

- Hot Wrap
- General loosening up
- 100 jelqs, including at least 20 super jelqs, at 80-95% erection
- 100 presses (like a rolling pin thing with your thumbs)
- Constrictor until either there is so much blood trapped in my penis that I can't move the skin or it's impossible to stimulate myself without ejaculating
- General loosening up
- Hot Wrap

Day B

Morning

- Hot Wrap
- General loosening up
- 5 JAI stretches, 2 seconds on 2 off, with penis pointing towards the floor
- 5 JAI stretches, 2 seconds on 2 off, with penis pointing towards the ceiling
- 5 JAI stretches, 2 seconds on 2 off, with penis pointing towards the left
- 5 JAI stretches, 2 seconds on 2 off, with penis pointing towards the right
- Shaz-TOW just below glans
- Shaz-TOW in mid-shaft
- Shaz-TOW at base
- General loosening up
- Hot Wrap

--------Kegels throughout the day--------


That's it. Day A takes about an hour put together. Day B takes about 25 minutes. At least I have room to step it up if I need to. I'm ashamed I still don't have a set number of kegels though. They're so boring and irritating to do! :P

I've recently discovered what a great exercise the TOW stretch is. After some messing around, I've invented the "Shaz-TOW" . It's probably exactly the same as some other exercise that I don't know about, so sorry about that, but I'm liking it so I thought I'd post it in case any of you want to try it.

The Shaz-TOW mini routine

- Be 100% flaccid, natch.
- With one hand, grab your penis just below the glans.
- With the other hand, grab your penis just below your first hand.
- With the first hand, pull away from your body, and with the other, pull into your body. Hold for 5 seconds (or whatever).
- This is the TOW
- Then do exactly the same thing but bend your penis to the floor with your first hand. So your glans are pointing down but the rest of your penis is horizontal. You should feel a stretch along the top of your penis near the glans, instead of feeling a stretch inside like before.
- Do the same but have your penis pointing to the ceiling. You should feel a stretch underneath.
- Then pointing to the left, which will stretch the right
- Then the right, which will stretch the left.
- After this, do the same routine again in the middle of your penis. Or, if you're huge, you may want to split your penis into segments and work your way down.
- Do this routine all the way to the base.

That's it. I like doing this because I walk away feeling confident afterwards. The reason being that I know I'm hitting every thing I need to inside my penis, so there's no way it can't grow. All you have to worry about now is hitting those ligs just inside your body. (The tunicae are they? I forget)
I use V-blasters for that.
Still, you might want to try this if you're having trouble with perfecting the A-stretch, like me .

Haven't posted in a while. There's been problems.

I never figure that the cold weather will restrict my growth, but it does. My current BPenis EnlargementL is between 9" and 9.2", so I finished behind schedule.
Anyway, like I planned, I'm now just working on girth. I'm not going to get laid for a couple of weeks because my girl is away so I'm working every day. It's taking it's toll on my erections but I think I'm already noticing some improvement:
I checked my girth and it was 5.3" which is the same as it was when I started this progress report, but I find I lose girth when I focus on length so it's nice to get this back up to where it was. (I've gone down to below 5" before!)
I might only go up to 5.5". Man, I can't wait to crack length again! :D

I'm getting decent erections at the moment because of the hot weather but my girth is still only around the 5.5" mark in mid-shaft. I wish I knew why girth doesn't come easy for me.
Ah well, I'll go for 5.7" and then back on the length again. :)

GIRTH was tough for me too. It just took a really committed workout, in my case it was the GIRTH BUSTERS that did it for me. Stick to an intense routine and you will make the gains.
 
Sonaofabitch! I'm down to 5.3"!

This has got to be some kind of joke. I'm starting to think about whether I've ever gained in girth since I started Penis Enlargement. I've been pumping this mother for well over a year now, I've got to have gained something.

I have a confession to make too: I've been using soap as a lubricant for my whole life. Simply because it's cheap. Could this have anything to do with my crappy luck in girth? Is it true your dick shrivels up a bit if you use soap? (I've been using it for so long I wouldn't even know).
From now on, I'm using only water and saliva, because I'm a student and have a non-existent budget. I've printed off Girth Busters and Supra's Slammers and have been messing with them for a few days - mostly the dry part, natch.

You should be able to get cheap lotion for 2 bucks for a decent sized bottle. Or even buy vegetable oil, that is cheap and will last a long time. You need some lube!

I'm starting length exercises again yesterday. They hurt like they never have before and I even felt slightly nauseous for an hour afterwards because of the stretched feeling in my abdomen. Still, I have this funny feeling length is gonna explode now, especially as I gained length even when I was only doing girth exercises.
Length every day, girth every other day at least.

I'm up to 9.2" BPenis EnlargementL. I'm too scared to check girth: after the exercises yesterday, I felt like I'd wiped out all the girth work I'd been doing in 5 minutes. My dick was so thin it was depressing. I'll go to 9.5" BPenis EnlargementL and stop length exercises again.

It's weird how I can injure my dick so much, cover it in bruises and thrombosed veins, and not gain girth at all. Do you guys ever find that you can do some exercises, not get injured, and gain; and do other exercises, get injured, and not gain?

Also the JAI stretches, not many use them ... do you think these work???

I've actually stopped doing JAI stretches because they really seemed lightweight in comparison to the TOW and V. Those 2 have undoubtably been the cause of my length, basically because they hit the ligs and the internal chambers of your dick. I like them because they're simple and quick: you don't have to contort your arms to do them, and you know they're working because they hurt. Especially the V blasters. I recommend those 2 exercises to anyone.

I also like them because I don't get a testicle popping back into the socket when I do them, like I do with the A stretch. Man, that's so irritating.
 
Brilliant, so when you do the ''V''blasters , what do you do?? and the TOW stretches, how long do you hold the stretch for?? and how many do you do?thanks.
 
For the 'V-blasters', I stretch it fully out parallel to the floor and get a tight grip below the glans. Then I make a 'V' sign with the other hand and, whilst kegelling hard, press the V down into the middle of the shaft hard. After 5 seconds I go into a reverse kegel but keep the pressure the same. I hold this for another 5 seconds or more.

That's one. I don't know whether holding the kegel has any benefits but switching to the reverse kegel while keeping the stretch feels powerful. I might experiment with switching many times during the stretch. I do about 10 of these sitting down, listening to anything with a fast beat to take my mind off the pain.

I do my variation on the TOW and hold each stretch for at least 10 seconds. I'm not a stickler for time, sometimes I hold it for 20 seconds, it's just as long as I can bear it / feel like it.

I try other stretches too but I forget their names. Those 2 are by far the ones I use the most though. I think it's the intensity of my routine that's getting results, because each Penis Enlargement session doesn't last very long. (I don't have privacy)

That's awesome. I love the v-stretch, I will try the v-blaster, sounds intense. I've never noticed any discomfort or any intense stretch doing these, my hang just gets longer after a session. Ohhh well, I guess how much it hangs is all that matters anyway.
