My Glan Doesnt Full Up When I have A Erection

<:( I not sure what to do about this. I really confused I great good hard erections but My gland wont full up. I just stays small. but when Im jelqing the the blood flows in it nicely but when I let go of the pressure the gland gets smaller again. does this happen to anyone else or is there something wrong with me?
 
sometimes when your doing Penis Enlargement the same as when you have an erection that last over an hour your dick will shrivel when returned to flaccid state do to over exhaustion and if you try to get another erection you'll see when your 80% erect in feels like your 100% just take a little rest from Penis Enlargement for a day or so if that doesn't work try NOT touching your penis and getting an erection take deep breathes like your having an orgasm sometimes that helps with the mental part of someone who thinks they have erectile dysfunction.
 
I always had glans that never inflated during an erection. I fixed most of the problem by doing CS (like this | | sideways) jelqing, ULIs, Horse 440s (probably the best exercise), and pumping. Basically, in your exercises you'll want to inflate the CS as much as possible, without overdoing it of course.
 
I had this "problem" when I began Penis Enlargement. Turns out that it wasn't a problem. I noticed that my glans won't fill right after a session and I still don't know why.

Maybe because my shaft developed an 'ability' to get hard from jelqing training and my glans didn't. Anyway,

If you were always like this then I don't know BUT if you noticed right after Penis Enlargement, try standing on your feet and see what happens. ;)

If it gets full then you have nothing to worry about. :)

I'm in the same boat as 10inch. And I'll offer the same advice do jelqs and squeezes/Ulis or supra-slammers. Vacuum hanging has actually helped me in this area a lot and so will pumping. You just have to keep getting the blood to get in there and stay in there. Also you might want to add kegels into your routine.
 
I do kegals and I Jelq everyday but still I have this problem. I notice during sex my gland gets bigger as well but after I cum it goes rite back down. but for the most part my gland is soft the entire time. I have been trying to dig up some info on this and I have found nothing. just some info about ED which I don't have because my erections are actually pretty hard.

Do Horse 440s. I guarantee it'll help a lot. Just be consistent for a few months.

I have the same problem as well. My glans girth is substantially less than the rest of my shaft and is basically the same size when erect as it is flaccid.

Fixing this is one of my most important goals in Penis Enlargement (the other would be adding another 1" to get to 9" BP).

My question is, how do Horse 440s help this? Don't they involve squeezing the blood OUT of the glans? Wouldn't we be trying to get more blood INTO the glans?

I've currently been doing Ulis as a form of manual clamping at about 70-80% erection as a way to stimulate the CS. Do you think this would help as well?

How do you do the 440s? And at what erection level?

Horse 440s are the ultimate exercise for expanding the CS. It's just like a ULI except you put pressure on the glans with your other hand at the same time. You should feel a BIG inflation of the CS if you do this right. I do them at 80% or higher erection level. ULIs do help as well.
 
We're not trying to "inflate the head." What we're trying to do is inflate the CS, which in turn inflates the head. The glans size is determined by how strong/big your CS fills during an erection, so the idea is to work on the CS, and the glans will follow. Just "clamping behind the glans" really doesn't increase glans size. Working on the CS, however, does!
 
The problem with the CS is that for some of us we must be 100% aroused to have complete closure of the artery into the CS. The internal pressure is not high enough to close off the CS completely so there is some outflow from the glans. I can say that I've been seeing a chiropractor for the last 4 months and my erection quality has certainly improved. There is a good bit to be said about making sure that the spinal nerves are in proper alignment so that they innervate the organs properly. Ultimately I think that with a mix of kegels, jelqing, and proper spinal alignment that this problem can be solved.

My spine is so fucked up. Does insurance cover the cost of the chiropractor? I used to go to one but ever since I moved off to college I haven't. I also wonder if acupuncture would help.
 
For back problems... look onto "somatics". There's a great book by Thomas Hanna that I've been using which has really a huge difference for me... and the results are definitely cheaper and more permanent than a chiropractor, although a chiropractor can certainly help in the short term.

Here and here are two articles on acupuncture. They both say that it tends to help, but it doesn't matter if it's done "properly" or not.

This may sound weird, but I wish I had this problem:) I think a penis looks sooooo much bigger when the shaft dwarfs the head (Like Preston from Bang Brothers). But if you feel as though this is not your thing then you can do some exercises to correct it. Kegels, in general, bring and keep blood in the penis. This helps keep the expansion of the glans which, in many cases, converts to a glans that is bigger and more able to hold blood. Girth work isolated to the upper portion of the penis will also help with girth strength and size. For instance, if you did Slow Squash Jelqs at the extreme part of you upper shaft, the head will have no choice but to expand.

If these things do not remedy the problem then I think you should look into Penis Revascularization, a medical method of correcting problems with penile lack of blood. I really do not think this is necessary but Penis Enlargement can't change everything.

DLD, Generally revascularization is for men with severally weakened erections as a result of blocked arteries in the pubic region. It's not something that's seen very often except in cases of severe pelvic trauma. I'm convinced that kegeling along with jelqing will definitely help with this problem. The reason I recommend seeing a chiropractor is more for overall spinal health, but I've experienced better erections, more ejaculate, as well as enjoying sex much more throughly after having seen one for the last 3-4 months.

10inchadvantage, Yes I believe nearly every chiropractor in the country will accept health insurance as long as your provider will cover that particular service and as far as I know most do.

I've also had a facial release massage and it was one of the most painful experiences of my life, but I felt so much better 2 days afterwards that it was amazing. Even at my young age I've accumulated numerous injuries and all of the treatments I've undergone in the last 3-4 months have been more than worth it and I actually feel my age now.
 
I'm pretty sure that it's natural and normal for the glans to be the last part of the penis to inflate during erection and the first part to deflate. The glans only becomes full and shiny when the erection reaches maximum. I find that when I am regularly doing pe my penis is sometimes too tired to reach max (rock hard) inflation except momentarily just before orgasm. But when I back off the intensity/frequency of pe, or take a complete rest from it, my erections start getting harder again and glans inflation is never more than a kegel away from shiny and hard.
