Started out at 6in bpel in 2007. Been hittin p.e. harder than ever before recently and hit some new gains so decided to take new pic. New size = 6.75in bpel. Going to keep hittin p.e., got a good routine working for me.

Back to basics is where it is at when you are lost in any routine. Good question training. I've been on and off from 07, but recently started back hitting the basic routine hard for about 3 months. I've noticed little gains in the past, but I actually gained over a half inch recently. I've tried everything from hanging, pumping, advanced stretching, but I never stuck with the basics long enough.

Sometimes the basics is all you need. I have seen many guys make massive gains just using Phase 1.
 
Good advice DLD, I'd also like to add that I never really did kegels much and I've been doing those a lot. I believe thats also whats been helping my gains because it allows your penis to hold more blood.

When I first got involved with Penis Enlargement guys wanted to know what I did that they didn't, the answer was kegels.
 
7.25 flaccid stretched bone pressed. I started at 5.75. Sorry for not getting whole cock and ruler, it's hard as fuck to take a pic while measuring like this. I tried my best to take a clear pic and this is the best one that came out. I also measured my nbp in at 6.5 so thats a full inch since I started. I've been gaining like crazy after years of hard work. I owe DLD a lot for making me more confident and for inspiration. I've done business through this site with a pump and hanger. I plan on doing business with DLD in the future, it's just hard right now being a college student. Thanks you DLD. More pics coming soon.

I didn't even notice there was a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] forum, lol. My cawk is at 7in. bpel now. New pics coming at the end of this week or next week when I make official measurement for my new cawk.
 
Found some old pics with a note saying 5.25 nbp and 5.75 bpel. I been hitting my routine harder and more consistant after noticing my gains. I start out in the morning, do minor stuff during the day, and hit it hard at night again.
