I like how the hand positions are labeled incorrectly

You can also do the reverse mandingo which is just an A stretch lol. I do mandingo to the sides as well.

Whichever, "A" "V" "C" stretch , they are all based on the "Fulcrum & Lever Principle"
 
I was skimming the forums and found this thread and I'm sure as hell glad I did! I'm a hard gainer and when I tried this exercise out I knew it was going to open the door to some gains! gainsville, here I come!:)

Not as extensive as the paid members site but quite a bit covered and taped. There is a subform for all tool and exercise forums. Pretty soon the forums will be reduced from 40 to 10 forums making the experience more streamlined and easy to understand.

Reducing the forum sounds good. Most section right now are hardly visited.

Sounds like a good exercise that I'm not willing to try at this time because my hands are full.
