It took me a Week a to understand how the Blue whale's Mandingo stretch works ... I Will Love to try your remix to it ... but I just don't understand what he means.
Can explain it in some other way or you know some pictures wud be nice. =)

This is the most basic way I can think to explain it. Just take it slowly, step by step. This is how I believe it is done.

Say you're doing the Mandingo Stretch with your right hand.
1. You'll take your left hand, which you are not yet using, and put your pinky, ring, middle, and pointer finger together. You will move your thumb away from the rest of your fingers.
2. Take this hand gesture and put your palm down, knuckles up. So the palm of your hand should be touching or just above your body, and you should be able to see your knuckles. To make this as simple as possible, just be laying down and put this hand on your stomach in the way described.
3. Keeping this hand gesture, move this hand down towards your penis. You will want the space between your thumb and the rest of your fingers (your hand makes a V if you angle it correctly) to meet with the base (bottom) of your penis.
4. Now, to perform the stretch, you will be doing the normal Mandingo stretch, plus pushing downwards (towards your legs/feet) with your other hand. This stretch at the bottom of the penis is an "expressive stretch" as it pulls on the penis not yet exposed (its still inside your body).
 
If you do an okay grip at the base of your penis and pull backwards into your body while at the same time doing the stretch the intensity increases 10 fold. It feels like you're gonna rip your penis off
 
This is very good, should everyone try this, but BTC exercise works wonders for me, mixing these two exercises should give something, and tell me Blue, how much time should be holding the stretch, as much time as possible or?

I don't think Blue has been around in years, so it is better to direct your question to DLD.

As with any stretch the longer you hold it and the more intense the force of the pull the more the penis will stretch. I think a general rule would be to hold any stretch for no less than 1 minute if your hands can handle that.

A hand stretch like this should be held for 30-60 seconds. Some may be able to go longer but most men will find their hands become tired after 30-60 seconds.

When should I implement this into my routine (Question not directed to anyone in particular)? I've been on and off PE for about a year and a half but most recently I started again with a slightly modified DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] for the past month or so.

Exactly what I do just about every night (5-10 minutes) when I go to bed. The GF doesn't even know I'm doing it...
 
Ima try this tonight haha. There's so many variations of the mandingo stretch I do, for example sideways and reverse mandingo.

I find it hard to stretch in bed, we need an intense stretch for bed or something, like before bed work out

That's why I use the Mandingo V-stretch, the other hand is free and if done right, she be none the wiser; give it a try, you may get in 5-15 minutes of stretching before ending your day.

I already do mandingo stretch, i wonder how more intense this will be...
 
I do them mainly for maintenance, I stopped doing PE for any gains because I was having an issue that's seem to resurface once I start doing intense PE training...

It's funny you mention this, because I tuck my penis under me when I'm laying in bed on my back and my GF gets so mad at me and hates it when I do it, becaue she doesn't like how it looks. I just laugh about it, if she only knew why...
... I don't even notice I do it, this is from the habit of doing "DLD's Lazy Ass Stretches"

Yeah I was trying to introduce that girl into the idea of letting me PE, apparently she hated anytime I touched my penis, PE or not. She said some kid used to play with his ding dong in front of her as kids and she had some trauma or some bullshit from it. I think she was just insecure about my dick getting bigger.

She'd always check to see where my hands were in bed and went me to hold her hands. She's get offended if I had my hands in my pants. Needless to say we didn't workout.

A video for this stretch is now in the members video vault, after reading lots of requests for a video I decided to film myself doing it. Hope it helps some people out . 👍👍

It's strange. When I first did the Mandingo V stretch i felt more of a stretch than regular mandingo, but now that I do it I don't feel anything. I'm afraid I adapted so quickly..

Do you think it's because of length gain ? If so blue whale mentions padding out the knuckles to add to the stretch.

I don't think that's an issue. I felt the stretch the first time I did it and I did it exactly the same in the next session but I don't feel the intensity anymore. :/ I adapt quickly i guess.

Maybe you do adapt very quickly, have you tried doing them bundled or for a longer duration? ?

Yeah, I find this exercise hurts my helmet. I don't think I have the flaccid size to grip properly, in order to stretch properly, in order to make this exercise work for me.

At the moment ;)

I'll revisit it in good time, after I've made progress using basic manual stretching.

Watch my A - stretch video in the video vault, I don't own a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] so I use plumbing pipe, plumbing pipe comes in various diameters and can be used as a lever just like in the picture posted. The way I perform the A - stretch using the pipe is different from DLD'S A--stretch but it utilises the same principles. The plumbing pipes can also be used for the drumstick stretch which is excellent! Doing that stretch gave me the idea of using them for other stretches.

I feel an unreal stretch doing it but I can't say if this stretch alone has made me gain , it's just one stretch in my routine. I always start with bundles and move on from there , I think this stretch we be a very valuable tool to aid gains though.
