Yup yesterday was my rest day,so today i'm hitting my tunica again as hard as i can.Same routine like before with maybe a little more intensity or work time.I will do as much as i feel my penis can safely get.I will edit after my workout.Now i go edge and kegel to soften my tunica before workout.

I do upward bundled stretches before my workout to soften up my tunica.For now i don't do other more extreme routines because i'm still fairly new.I don't want my penis to toughen up too early.But if i don't get much results after a month,i will add more intense exercises to my routine.I hope tho that i will get results with what i'm doing now.I know i will.
 
Yup finished my workout.Everything went fine.I beleive i put too much pressure on the glans,but i hope that won't turn into a problem.It's really hard to stretch when you have so much skin(uncircumsized).Also the frenulum is in the way too.But i always check if my tunica is hard and tense during stretching,just so i make sure i work on it.I added BTC stretching and upped the time on bundled stretches,they really squeeze the tunica.

Of course "I don't want my penis to toughen up too early" This is a key to gaining. If you go too fast too hard you miss out on potential gains.
 
Just finished my warm up and it's time to stretch it to the sky again.
EDIT:Just finished my workout.It took about one hour and a half like the usual.Included warm down this time at the end.Aso included more kegels through the day.Penis feels a bit sore,but i can't feel exactly where.Soreness was very pronounced during jelqing.I hope the soreness is in my tunica,from elongating it and hitting it hard.The glans feels pretty sore too.Now matter how i stretch my penis,the head ends up takeing the most of my grip so i stretch my glans too.Tomorow is rest day.

I have measured recently I'm at 7.25" BPEL I still need another 0.25" to get back to reach the peak of my previous record since i was previously 7.5" BPEL before a little vacation off PE.

Great, you are around the same size as me.How about a race to 8" bone pressed?:D Keeps us both motivated.Gonna measure on 11 october(maybe a bit earlier).Meanwhile today i'm doing my routine again and will edit after i finish.

That's what we're doing :) I'll actually make a thread so we can measure this Dec 15 to see who reached 8" BPEL :)

I'll definitely post a picture if i reach 8" BP,no question asked.My last measurement(2 weeks ago) was exactly 7.3 inches.I press hard and no matter how hard i press i can't get a bigger measurement.This way i know on my future measurement that if i get past 7.3" i definetly grew.I have a pretty big curve pointing up so when i measure i have to use one hand to straighten my curve and one to measure.So i'm gonna need some tips on how to grow a third hand lol:D, so i can hold my phone.Don't worry i'll find a way.BTW,i'm PEING right now as you read this comment:D

Hehe i'm not really looking to win the race.I'm more like "let's hold hands and reach the finish line togheter"(NO HOMO).I'm not leaving you behind,i'll drag you with me.Or the other way around,of course.PE is still a mistery.You never know when,how much and who gains.But those who work the most are the ones who deserve results.
 
Not really proud of my yesterday's workout,case i couldn't do any jelqing due to privacy reasons.I also didn't have a good eq yesterday before my stretching routine.But i pop a quick fapping today and EQ seems ok.Today i'm gonna stretch and jelq and hope my mom doesn't go to sleep at 3 am again:D.Hope i can get at least 2 hours of work.And hope my penis doesn't fall off while i stretch,cause i stretch like a mothafoka
