Hi everyone.I want to make my own PE journal,mostly because i'm lazy and i need to do something about me.Even tho i'm lazy i don't give up easily.If i don't feel like PE-ing today,i will come back after a week.
I did PE since i was almost 20 years old.Now i'm almost 21.So almost an year,but if i count every day in which i did my PE routine,it's barely 2 months of work.I give and come back,give up again,comeback again and so on.What makes me come back are you guys.You motivate me.Also the feeling of getting bigger motivates me too lol.:cool:
Digging around my first posts on thundersplace,i found that i confessed to being 6.3 inches BPEL.Right now i'm 7.3 inches BPEL(on a strong erection).It sometimes fluctuates between 7.1 and 7.3 depending on EQ,but i got lots of honest 7.3 inch measurements just to be sure,so i'm officially 7.3 inches BPEL.My girth right now is 5.4-5.5 inches in the middle,pretty hard to measure but i'm ok with my girth for now.What i really want for now is lenght.Right now i have 6.7" NBPEL at my best.But it fluctuates a lot depending on how i stand.Sitting down gives me the best results.
My penis curves upwards and also my erection points up.The stronger the erection the higher the erection angle.Whenever i measure i straighten my penis and hold it parallel to the floor.I always had my curve,but i think my erection angle slightly lowered a bit.(but still very high)
What do you think i should do guys to increase mainly my lenght.My LOT is low.My BPFSL is most of the time the same or even smaller than my erect lenght.If i warm up tho very well i manage to get a 7.3 inch BPFSL,but no more.
Considering all this facts i beleive my tunica is just too tight/small.Whenever i get an erection i feel like my penis would break the ceiling but it's held back by something and just get more curved and more tough.I can't complain about my rock hard erection tho.The top side of my penis(the part you put the ruler on when you measure) is probably tougher than steel.For real.The under side of my penis is longer,hard too and engorged with blood,but not steel hard.It feels more like a flexed muscle.It gets a bit engorged if i kegel.
Another thing to mention is i do everything manually.I can't even buy an icecream without my parents knowing lol.Imagine if they would find out i bought a device that stretches your penis:)).I will buy them later tho when i'll live alone and having my own money.
If i get to 8'' BPEL i will post a picture:D
 
I will go warm up for 5-6 minutes and start stretching.I will only stretch up to target my tunica.I'll finish with a flaccid jelq.During jelqing my penis gets engorged with blood,but not erect.It's still flexible.I pull hard while jelqing and concentrate on elongation rather than expansion.I'll edit when i'm finished with my workout.
 
Lol you respond fast:D.I just got back from my warm up and getting ready for my stretching.All i did was the beginners routine on thundersplace:D
The only thing i changed is stretching and jelqing time.I do around 100-150 jelqs 5 seconds each and i start from a flaccid state state.I let it get engorged with blood.And i hold each stretch for 1 minute and pull firmly.I grab the head of the penis with my hand and pull.I sometimes use a piece of tissue/towel to get a better grip.

You seemed to make some good progress too and you stretched flaccid is really impressive.Seems like you already achieved pornstar girth too.I'm stretching my penis right now while writing this comment.

I don't have anything like an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] wrap or [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].I only have my hands at disposable.I'll use bundles as a final move for my tunica.I'll measure after a month.I ended up with a 30 min stretching session today.I only stretched upwards.I held each stretch as much as i could.My hands slips off about after one minute on each stretch.Really hard to get a good grip when stretching up.
 
if you do the bundles first. like 5-10minutes you will have more give in the tunica when stretching :)

I know about the grip.
I usually try to use both hands when stretching upwards. a bit better grip with both.
 
I'm getting ready for my stretching routine and hope i can get a stealth jelqing for at least 5 minutes.As a side note,why do i keep disconecting.I have to relog automatically every 15 minutes or so.Not much of a problem,but a bit annoying.I'll edit after i'm finished with my workout for today:D
EDIT:finished.I stretched for almost one hour targeting my tunica.Also did some dry jelqing to finish off.

Today i'm researching about stretching grip.I mostly grip with my ok [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sign[/words] behind the glans,and the rest of the fingers on the glans.I'm using my whole fist to stretch.But on my upwards stretch i always end up gripping by the glans with the ok grip.There's no other grip beside this that allows me to stretch firmly upwards.I'm uncircumsized.Meanwhile i feel slight discomfor when touching my penis,so i think i hit my tunica pretty well.Gonna edit later with my workout for the day.

To stretch upwards try facing your palm towards in front of you, put your hand upside down as much as possible with comfort so your fingers point down. Get your index finger and middle finger, make upside down V shape. Get your penis by gripping with this upside down V. So fit the head of the penis in the crevice of the index and middle finger, hold it tight and stretch up.
 
Heard about this tehnique and i even tried it.Feels weird,but i hope i can get used to it.I still think i'm pulling by the head a bit,but fuk it.I'm checking my eq everyday.So far i'm good.Today i decided to just edge and kegel and not stretch my tunica as it is a little sore.I did over an hour of edging.If i change my mind i will edit,but i think i'll skip on stretching for today.

I would find a picture of it. I found it on thundersplace but I can't find the thread anymore it's too deep or maybe it was deleted. This grip helped me not only going up but in every direction, you can feel it better.
 
have you tried downward bundles with your left hand supplemented by behind the testicles stretch w/your left hand? That's one of my 'go to' stretches to hit the tunica and ligs at the same time
