Well I've seen lack from it from my point of view. But with the contests and all it probably makes it seem that way when in reality we're just giving more motivation.
 
Motivation might be lacking a little bit cause everybody is waiting to get their hands on some turkey. So no pressure this week for the routine of the week everybody enjoy their time with their families, the war continues on monday!

I was thinking one way to determine the monthly winner is by the amount of "routine of the week" that person has won. Of course this can't be the only way to determine the winner since we honor consistency here, but if one was to win the "routine of the week" every week of the month that should make that person a clear winner I would think... What do you guys think?

So anyone that wins the "routine of the week" 4 times in a row is an automatic winner for the "Keeping up with Rocky" monthly comp. And if a person wins multiple routines of the week, even if they dont win all 4. These will be taken into consideration when determining the winner of the monthly comp.

The winner will be determined by:

1. Their daily log (consistency)
2. Routines (routines of the week wins, and overall routine quality)
3. Measurements

Good requirements. I suggest if someone nominates a person who isn't consistent to re-evaluate.
 
Participants can't judge, it needs to be someone outside of the competition.
 
In my mind I see this competition coming down to two people, possibly three so the judging process is not as laborious as it may seem.
