Im done. That video was just funny. Good luck rocky, you'll need it because behind the scenes there are the few who are gaining and haven't responded with measurements to surprise you- yet And I'm not referring to myself because I'm going to measure til April but we'll see.

I've been coaching a few people and they have reported gains to me. I just wonder why they have not posted on the forum to spread the word.
