I hope everybody is keeping up with their routines, just to let yall know I know Ive been a little quiet lately but this competition will not fall into the background and be forgotten.

So in efforts to keep everybody motivated, I was thinking we could do a routine of the week award. Nominate someone's routine, obviously someone thats participating on this competition and post it on this thread. (You don't need to participate on the competition to nominate someone). But it has to be a routine done this past week.

Lets hear it!

Oh and DLD will pick the winner on Friday, he usually does the rounds by 12:00 pm Eastern Time so make sure to nominate someone before that time.

I would like to see you doing a set of Bundled Stretches before either length or girth work. Expressive Stretching every day for at least 5 minutes. Erect stretches at least 3 times a week for 10 minutes. I assume you are going length only?

I would like too see Bundled Stretches before you start your routine. Erect Stretching is important also, at least 10 minutes 3x a week.

Ya I just have to stay consistent though! There are some days that I wake up a bit later then I would like to and I end up not being able to hang but I always try to get in some sort of manual session. Like today for example I didn't have time to hang for a decent session so I did about 30 minutes of manuals and it was a pretty decent session! I'll post about it later though on my progress thread!
