Well I am back!
After starting my PE journey last year I blew it, I somehow fell in to a motivational hole not just with PE but all parts of my life. School, work, private life… loosing focus, neglecting myself.
In the past weeks I have been starting to pick myself back up, getting off the bench and getting back in the game. With PE/ Health and weight loss being one of the topics I am now back to the forum.
I had great newbie gains last year, but I am basically back where I started from at
6.7(bpel) x 5.5 (mid shaft)
I will start back with my initial beginner’s routine for 12 weeks, which I had great success with last year and am confident it will work again.
- warm-up, 10min with a hot towel
- helicopter shakes
- stretch right, with 25 kegels
- circle stretches, 12 circles

- stretch left, with 25 kegels
- circle stretches, 12 circles

- stretch straight out, with 25 kegels
- circle stretches, 12 circles

- 50 "Wet Jelqs"
- 30 "V" Jelqs
- helicopter shakes
- 50 "Wet Jelqs"

- 50 "Wet Jelqs"

- warm-up, 10min with a hot towl, little massage
