Here is my routine I have been following since march, with a 2 week break.

- warm-up, 10min with a hot towl
- helicopter shakes
- stretch right, with 25 kegels
- circle stretches, 12 circles
- helicopter shakes
- stretch left, with 25 kegels
- circle stretches, 12 circles
- helicopter shakes
- stretch straight out, with 25 kegels
- circle stretches, 12 circles
- helicopter shakes

- 50 "Wet Jelqs"
- 30 "V" Jelqs
- helicopter shakes
- 50 "Wet Jelqs"
- 30 "V" Jelqs
- helicopter shakes
- 50 "Wet Jelqs"
- 30 "V" Jelqs
- helicopter shakes

- warm-up, 10min with a hot towl, little massage

Well I am back!
After starting my PE journey last year I blew it, I somehow fell in to a motivational hole not just with PE but all parts of my life. School, work, private life… loosing focus, neglecting myself.

In the past weeks I have been starting to pick myself back up, getting off the bench and getting back in the game. With PE/ Health and weight loss being one of the topics I am now back to the forum.

I had great newbie gains last year, but I am basically back where I started from at

6.7(bpel) x 5.5 (mid shaft)

I will start back with my initial beginner’s routine for 12 weeks, which I had great success with last year and am confident it will work again.

This is my first weekly report/log since I picked up PE again, two weeks ago.

I started off with my routine as mentioned in the posts before, BUT it did not work as planned. Do to the fact that I had not done PE in a year it was like I doing it for the first time.
Any time I tried stretching or jelqing, I got an erection... way to hard one to do anything. So most of the time I was just waiting and sometimes not even finish the full routine. I stuck with 4-5 routines a week, and in the last few days I can say that I am finishing the routine and the erections doing PE are at a minimum now. No negative signs at all so far.

One thing I did neglect though are kegels, I will be working on incorporating them in my workouts.

Masturbating before stretching can really be a powerful way to get in flaccid stretching and the penis, after orgasm, is in a state that is so much more pliable and malleable taking up the stretch with greater ease.

Glad to see you getting back on the journey!

Interesting to read about this. I always thought and READ that masturbating before/after exercising PE would render negatively the outcome of the gains.

We believe it might benefit the stretching due to the flood of naturally occurring hormones that happen in this state. The difference in texture of stretch compared to other times is markedly different the penis holds a stretch much better. The penis feels more malleable and in a state to cause the best stretching.
 
As can be seen, I have not been very consistent with my journey the last months, so many reasons but no real excuses. I have been back on the saddle since December.

I am highly fascinated by the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] and the sensations I have been feeling after using it. For the past week all I have been doing is experimenting with the time and pressure levels.

The main thing is you keep coming back to it, you know you can do it (make gains) so now you have to focus on keeping your longevity/consistency and your on a winner 👍you can do it!!!
