It's a "split collar." You can find them on-line. They're used for ball stretching. I find it really useful for jelquing, to keep the sac skin out of the way.

I like your body structure quite a bit. How hard and long have you worked out? Also, great gains. I can simpathize with you, I'm 6'3" about 240 lbs of muscle(not nearly as ripped as you), just an all around tall, wide guy, but it makes my 8x6 look like an average sized penis. Sucks at times, but I think in the end I'd rather be tall and wide bodied with a huge dick than a shorter and skinnier guy with a huge dick.

Yeah, I guess we "suffer" from the same complex, lol. I've been training for so many years that I'm not sure I can give you an adequate count. Through it all, I've tried to keep the intensity as high as possible and the diet reasonable. As far as being ripped is concerned, I used to be considerably more defined when I tried my hand at competing and modeling.

Good question. I guess size depends on how much skin you have on the old bal sac. The more skin, the smaller the opening you can comfortably handle for extended periods of time. Mine has a 1.5" diameter opening and I could wear it all day comfortably. I have a smaller one, but it isn't that comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. Do a search on-line for "split collar ball sac" and you'll probably find some vendors. They may also provide you with sizing info.

How did competiting and modeling go for you. Cause I want to become an underwear model some day, you got any suggestions?

It was okay, Pyro. I won a few natural contests and did alright in an "open" contest -- but I'm all natural. The modeling was primarily artsy stuff -- some product stuff, like workout supplements, etc. Never did any underwear modeling. From what I hear, most of our Penis Enlargement goals would probably disqualify us anyway, lol.
