Starting measurements were
Bpel: 4.75
Eg: 4.75

Started with the beginners routine, had no set routine do to kids school functions, remeasured at 12 weeks into the beginners routine and measured at:

Bpel: 5.10
Eg: 4.75

I'm currently in week 39 of pe but on my 2nd week of rest due to a slight tear on my frenulum, also week 12 was the last time I took ant measurements. Short time goal is 6 x 5.5, and then would go from there. Any advice is more than welcome
 
Ok injury is gone. Woke up this morning and went back to work

5 min warm up
15 min of basic manual streaching
10 min of jelqs

Just recieved my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] yesterday! I been doing pretty much the same routine,

20 minutes of manual streaching
10 minutes of jelqs

Two sets of ten minutes of clamping (with 5 minutes of jelqs inbetween )
Clamping is done every other day

I measured last nite and was shocked to see my new measurements
Bpel: 5.4 inches
EG: 5.0 inches

I'm just waiting for some free time so I can watch the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] that came with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and learn how to use it and try some different wraps! Also I'm uncut so any advice with wrapping would help a whole lot!

Ok so I tried the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] the for at least an hour everyday, I can go an hour then I start to slip out , still figuring out the tension rods though. All and all I'm happy with it and plan to do more 1 hour sets on the weekends when I'm off
 
Oh I forgot to mention I try to do at least 2 one hour sets after 20 minutes of manual stretching on work days! Still haven't been able to adjust tension with the tension rods
 
It took me the whole month of April but I finally figured out the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. Played around with a few different wrapping techniques and found one that's comfortable and allows me to wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for a hour or longer with no slippage. Like a dumby I didn't keep track of the hours but plan on keeping track starting today. Only problem is I work 11 hours a day and can't wear it during that time. Also would like some help on a girth routine I could do before work so I can wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] when I get home.
 
I work with the public and not sure it it would be noticeable, but now that I think of it I hide it pretty well at home. I might give it a try Saturday being its a half day!

Give it a shot but lemme show you a video first, it will be uploaded today with 100's of other videos! It will allow you to make a decision based on seeing it in action. Aside from that, I suggest always wearing a shoelace to secure the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] from a second point in case of slip off.
 
Ok I wore the ROP all day while at work, got home and did 20 minutes of manual stretches and put in 3 hours of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]

I felt a better pull / streach like yesterday! No pain though!

I'm thinking about taking a rest day from the stretching tomorrow and only wear the ROP.

So I can try a test run with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] while I'm at work...
Any advise would be appreciated !
