Walmart or anywhere like that has it. Just pour a little in your hand, rub it onto the effected areas, then wash your hands. I'd do toothpaste after since the acv would wash it off if you put it on before.

So u think applying the avc then right after the toothpaste?

Check this everyone.
Pearly Penile Papules tratment (PPP bio ointment) (Health & Beauty - Beauty)

PPP bio oil. Someone mentioned. Looks like its in Euros only tho idk here to find :(

Ps i did try the nail file method months back i think it made em worse lol

I was thinking the same thing. Hopefully Anthony will try this if he can't get the toothpaste to work.

Whats everyone's opinion on doing tea tree oil during the day and toothpaste at night?

I asked my doc if he could just take them off in his office and if my insurance would cover it. He said "make an apt and i will have the dermatologist take a look" does that mean yes? Worth it to book apt?

If the treatment we have offered is not working for you I would definitely see the dermatologist, especially if insurance covers it.

saw doc today.he said that they are so benign that he recomends leaving them.and if i saw a specialist most likely not covered.he did say he could freeze them off like a wart but that would leave nasty scarring and discoloration.

attaching two pics.first is a few days ago erect and inflammed and the second pic is at the doctors today soft and normal sized papules..thoughts?

I would just let them be. They're not bad enough to stress about and there's a good chance your body will heal itself back to normal. It's good at that.

I see absolutely no problem with your PPP, it looks to be normal to me. You are worried about nothing. I imagined you had a terrible PPP problem, these are barely noticeable.

Like the others said, they don't look bad @ all.

If I was to look at your pic w/o the title, I wouldn't even really notice them.

Have you tried apply a topical like coconut oil?

Do a search for "papules coconut oil" and see if you want to give that a try.
It's also helped a few w/ sebaceous gland problems as well.

theres nothing to worry about man. ive actually had them a little worse than that in the past and ive never heard any complaints - most wont even notice

thanks for all the input guys.yes ive been looking at them several times a day, they look the worst in the sun.but if all u say its normal looking then im very relieved, will try the tooth paste a bit longer and look intp coconut oil.will also use some cocoa butter for a stretch mark down there

yeah its fine man. its like anything that is wrong with us, once we notice it it seems so much worse in our minds. i used to have pretty bad skin, but others didnt notice nearly as much as me. its cos i was up close in the mirror, looking and analysing a few inches away from my face. when you anaylse and constantly look at something you dont like it will build up its importance and make it seem so much worse than what it is - it isnt an accurate representation of reality.

try the toothpaste again, put it on in the morning, before bed, and any other times you have time. make sure its smokers toothpaste. and hey even if it doesnt go, its not bad to begin with! look up some pics of ppp and youll see just how bad some people have it :)

I am happy you realize this now. I think many men have about the same degree of this issue as you. I have seen genuine cases of PPP that were unspeakably concerning and they definitely needed to do something about it, but you are no where near this, your penis looks just fine.

They look different in that picture. It seems that they're more behind the flare of the head correct?

There are a lot of people out there trying different shit to remedy this.
Read my above post about coconut: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...causing-my-papules-post611298.html#post611298

i see i will have to look into that.

do they look bad in that pic? how bad are they? its basically that only spot.

as u can see to notice them you have to get good light and kinda move the head to see it.

but still worried about them.its that patch that pisses me off

They look pretty much the same but with better lighting, nothing to worry on but I would suggest if your doctor is willing to remove them on insurance and that will make you feel better then do that.

Do u think any girls would notice them?

He said c02 would most likely NOT be covered by insurance. However he said he could FREEZE them off in his office like a wart. However he said that could cause scaring and discoloration.

Do you think freezing them off like a wart is a good idea or do you think the potential side effects is worse than the papules?
My doc said he can freeze them off for free like warts. But may cause discoloration and scars

Maybe have him do a small area first and see the results before you go all out. Better safe than sorry.

I seriously doubt it. Unless it's something that scraps your lips/inner mouth/tongue.

I didn't ask this earlier and I should had, are you still using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words]?
Which creams/ointments/topicals have you tried?

Ok. If it was ur penis and u had the amount and size of papules I had would u try to freeze them? If it works it's great! But I've had warts frozen off from doc two years ago on hand and skin is still scared and a different color.

Let's see.

Pros. It's free. May remove papules
Cons. Painful. Possible scarring nerve damage and discoloration. People who have done it says it's mostly ineffective.
However if u think a good idea is to try to freeze me off I will do it.

I think you should try topicals first. Do some research on creams/ointments/topicals OTC/online.

If NOTHING works, then go the doctor route if you REALLY feel the need to. I don't think any of us here can convince you that they don't look that bad (we've tried).
If the DR. said that they wouldn't freeze them and that the procedure would leave scarring/ETC, then you should probably heed their advice.

If you get scarring, then you'll just be back complaining about the scarring. I for one don't want to see that happen. That area of the skin is very delicate, so be wary of what surgery or harsh methods you do or are conspiring to do.

Another thing. I don't think you can use just any toothpaste. I never heard of this method done on any skin issue other than acne.

I think there is a certain ingredient in certain toothpastes. It could be propylene glycol, which is also used in antifreeze.

Most toothpastes that I remember working for certain skin problems would be smokers toothpaste(s).

You might give hydrogen peroxide a try as well. I would also try iodine, which was mentioned on other sites (unrelated to PE) to work for these types of skin issues that you're dealing with.

yeah i dont know of the reason, but for getting rid of ppp only smokers toothpaste works, not the regular kind

I'm using Rembrandt. Will most likely not try freezing. As scarring and color will be more noticeable than the papules

Was just thinking.

You MIGHT give calcium bentonite a try. It's a topical/clay mud that compresses the skin. Works for blackheads/whiteheads/acne and probably a bunch of other shit as well.

Now. It compresses the skin. I'm not quite sure how bad that would hurt your peepee head, but you could give it a try. It could squeeze them to the point where they pop or subside in size.

Just don't try getting an erection while the mud/clay is drying. I think that would hurt.

ive just remembered that you can buy otc freezing stuff for warts. i dont think its very expensive and you could get it and just try a very small spot and see how it goes? its otc so will likely not be too strong

If I had them at the level you do it would not bother me much, they are barely noticeable. But the point is it obviously bothers you so you should do what you can to eliminate them. By the way, what toothpaste are you using?

Rembrandt.

I just don't want a girl to go down on me and see them or feel them and be like ewww.

Maybe I will try at home wart freeze with toothpaste at night. That way it won't be as strong as docs so no scarring

Just say that they're love bumps.

Like the doctor said?

I'm not sure. I don't know much about that technique.

You might search for that procedure online and see what the reviews are. That's a very delicate area and could be very prone to scarring.

I've used freeze away. It burns like a bitch, but only the wart not skin
After that a fluid blister forms, then darkening of skin for some months after happened on two of the applications to my hands.
The box says to not go near genitals
