Well as you all see in my thread title, I had triple augmentation surgery done by Dr. Krakovsky on Monday. I'm 3 days post op and am feeling great! He took the dermal graphs from my butt creases (which doesn't hurt the slightest). He got rid of the scar tissue, severed the ligament because it was only severved 50% he said. He also did the glanular enhancement which makes my head look larger and fits my hung penis well. One more thing he did was get rid of all the free fat lumps, nodules, etc from my previous 4 surgeries from Dr. Giunta.

Dr. K said I had more graphs from my butt creases then my lower back. I'm so happy I went this route because it's only mild discomfort. No pain anywhere. I'm also not taking pain medication.

I did have some burning pain peeing, but it's better now. I can change my socks and take a good shit with no pain. haha

I'm in my hotel room in San Diego and am pretty bored. I do have a 4 hour plane ride back home tomorrow. Any questions? haha

I will take pictures over the weekend and show before/afters.
 
I look about 7 inches around compared to being 5 before. Dermals also have the best results for not absorbing. This was a reconstructive case. My case was 6 hours long instead of 4 1/2 because of all the fat nodules he found under my skin from fat injections. The butt crease scar is so well hidden! I'm also hanging flaccid around 5 inches from 4. But there should be some retraction due to my body trying to heal itself. I will gain all the length back and more once I can start stretching in a month.

What was the total cost for the procedures?
 
I'm in my hotel room right now and my watching Donny Brasco. There is a "quote" in the movie that will give you both the answer to how much it cost. "Forget about it!" ;)
 
.....either way, I'd rather trust my dick in my own hands for free minus the cost for lube vs. some surgeon who I would have to fork out several thousand if not tens of thousands of dollars to make my penis "look" bigger and risk something going horribly wrong

It would be helpful to some of us to know the cost of this procedure, since it hasnt been done by many and that most of us dont know shit about how much it could cost.

You can gain length easier with a ligament severed (lengthing). You will most likely gain immediate flaccid length, but your erect length will be the same due to swelling. All in good time you can train and gain the length you want.
 
what's always gave me a chuckle about surgery is -afterwards- they always give you a "exercise plan" that consist of doing Penis Enlargement basically....so it's just a thought that if this is what they urge for seeing maximum gains afterwards...why couldn't you just do that on it's own and skip the surgery...sure it'll take longer, but you should still see the gains right?

That makes alot of sense if you're in your 20's but for older guys... surgury is a great way to accelerate gains. Another way to look at it is to figure out how valuable your time is... if you have no problems spending years tugging and squeezing to reach your goal size then cool, but if you feel your time could be better spent doing other things then again surgury makes perfect sense.
 
Yeah, to me surgery seems way out there, but then again, I am 22, so I have all the time in the world plus probably better physical conditions to gain. Surgery seems like a jump start to gaining, not its own method though. Can you gain any girth after the whole widening procedure?
