Along with the others, I think that 4 weeks would be superior to 2. Or a compromise; go 2 weeks and if you have not lost size, go another 2, if you have lost size, then start Penis Enlargementing again. I think that a complete deconditioning of your dick will do you good. And it has been like 4 years in the making, so if you fuck up and temporarily lose .25 inches or something it will be a gamble worth taking. I do think that it is almost impossible for you to lose any cemented gains, that being said.
 
Along this line, I have been Penis Enlargementing for a year and have made gains in length and girth with hanging 10 lbs and clamping with squashes. I would like to take a few week break and try the two months girth clamping only work and go to two months only hanging. Any feedback on this?
 
I've thought about posting an idea I had about work hardening. The more you stretch or attempt to stretch the fibers in your penis the more they harden to resist it. Personally I am an active and physical person. My body has "learned" to heal itself quickly, and I think thats why I can make quick short gains and then it stops.

My idea kind of relate to my hands. If I'm doing hard work in the summer, they get tough quick, but after a month of school and studying, they soften up. Just something for you to think about while you're not tugging on your willy.

In other words, I think you're doing the right thing.

No doubt, right? Well I am feeling very useless in the penis department on this 7th day. I guess insecurities about shrinkage are normal. I think my penis feels ignored:) like "hey, what about me?"

If you feel like you can resist any longer, go on a long vacation. Go someplace where you can't really do Penis Enlargement cause your busy having fun. Put Penis Enlargement out of your mind for a couple of weeks.

Easier said than done, I know. I went on vacation during the summer (no privacy), but still thought about Penis Enlargement at times. After 2.5 weeks off, I had no losses, except for the dark patches. My dick "lightened" up big time.

A vacation sounds soooo nice, unfortunately it is nowhere in the budget, food barely makes the budget these days:D
 
I hear you. Vaca doesn't have to be too expensive. Go camping in the green mountains for a few days. You can still be out and be isolated.

I am in dire need of a vacation as well. Too bad I don't have any time off, or money.

Last Novmber I wasn't making any gains after 2.5 years of pe. so I took off 6 months, When I restarted I had the best over expantion I ever had!! :) :) :)
So take the time off and feel good that you are healing.

Thanks Tom:) The thing is the longer the break the less I want to use it ?:( I guess I have insecurities that it is shrinking and she will notice, I don't know. I am gonna go for the full 4 weeks off though.

It is amazing to me that you stuck with it after 2.5 yrs of no gains. Very impressive.

Dld,
If you start to workout like someone mentioned then you will start to feel better and want to use it on Jen for a whole new reason. Plus working out increases your test levels.

This is the third week and I tried to measured last night but I had terrible luck getting an erection. Flaccid stretched non bone pressed is about the same as my last erect non bone pressed so that is cool (hard to be sure). I can't tell with girth either. I can say that my penis feels great, so virginal in 3 short weeks:D and I am really looking forward to jumping in head first.
