What about if u burn that extra skin? im thinking of doing that since im only 17 and cant have surgery and dont have the money to.... but yea what about cutting it or burning the extra skin that hangs?

I'd like to buy the Ball Ringer, but I have a question. I may sound a bit stupid, but I can't figure out, how to wear the reinger properly.
I mean, I suppose that the rings cannot be opened, so I do you put them through the testicles?
I am asking this question since I cannot imagine the way such a ring could exert a stretching force if you consider that the circumference of it has to be big enought for letting the balls pass through?! And if the circumference of the rings is smaller, than how on earth can the balls pass through?
Not to mention the fact that the testicles sometimes swell up, due to different conditions.

I think ball weights are a must here. Not sure if leather ones are the best or perhaps the metal, donut weights.
I have a one like this:

Bumping this cuz I need to look into it and thought it might be helpful for others!
Turkey neck happens when people do not anchor a hand at the base of their penis when they’re stretching. If you look at any of my videos on the old site at www.mattersofsize.com/access and look at any of the flaccid stretching videos you’ll see that my hand is always anchored at the base of my penis holding back and his skin while I stretch with the other hand. If you practice this way of stretching you’ll never get turkey neck. To reduce turkey necks you will want to practice to testicle health massage and stretch every day and this will displace the TN skin towards your scrotum instead of your shaft.
I thought that the fat around the Pubic area is called Fupa-Fat under pubic arear(mine is really bad about 1” and i am not fat-just have belly bulge and the Fupa, but I am skinny everywhere else)They want -6-36,000 dollars for surgery for this.
My problem is that I have this massive buildup of skin it seems right under the head-
This actually looks like a Turkeys neck. I dont do any hand work or jelquing at all. I get this when I use the length master-

I have been attaching all the way down near the bottom of the penis and I still am getting massive turkey neck(or if Fupa is actually turkey neck, then whatever this is called). So, What can I do to srop this. Once it starts, everything I exercise I do after will make it bigger.
I dont know if this is whatthe problem is but it just seems to kme like the frenulum is causing it.
It is right there in that area and looks like the frenulum is holding this skin back f being part of the normal stretch.
Instead of the Skin staying flat like it is on the top side, That tight piece of thick skin that came from circumscision is tugging the skin on the underside ofn the penis and stopping it, making the skin pile up below the the head
Am I completely wrong about the frenuium doing this and iit isnt then what is and most importantly what can I do to get rid of it.
