Well, in my opinion it depends on how much you have already gained.

Goal, Honestly there's no way to say what you will or won't gain in that time frame. I can tell you that you might want to consider starting off with a reduced plan. If you can grow on less work then wouldn't that ultimately be more productive? Well, when I first started Penis Enlargement, I Penis Enlargement'd like a madman ! No breaks, no days off and I didnt see any gains for awhile and got real depressed and wanted to quit. I have been on most of the Penis Enlargement sites (and banned on most of them also . . . . long story - read my posts/threads) and have put alot of the guys routines into my own that is right for me over the 1.5 years that I have been doing Penis Enlargement now.

My cock was really really small - so I guess I had room for great gains and progress - also I guess I almost pulled the fucker right outta my groin at times? I am now stalled at a plateau and holding at around 7 inches by 5.5 in girth.

I feel that the key to successful gains in Penis Enlargement is:
  1. to work out in the morning
,
  1. then kinda keep it hard, erect , engorged (jelq & jack it all day to keep it filled with blood) through out the day (if possible, depending on your job, etc . . .)
    1. like millionman said, just use your hands for now until you get some time under your belt,
    2. then do a different workout in the evening/night,
    3. pump - add some pumping into your workout,
    4. stretch it as much as you can each day
    5. only take time off when you cannot absolutely get a workout in (like if your very busy or something),

You seem to have a good attitude and seem to have the perseverence to hang in there for great gains and progress. I feel that the gains that you are looking for are within reason on the lower end numbers within 9 months to one year.

I'm going to disagree with Gash on a few of his points. One problem is that you're probably still new or relatively new and pumping/clamping and very intense Penis Enlargement will actually be counter productive in your development for later on. A big part of this was that I reset my mentality about Penis Enlargement and I now take rest when I feel I need to. When I rest it's usually for 1-2 days, unless I feel like my penis has gotten to a point where it's not beneficial for me to Penis Enlargement and then I will decondition for 7-14 days. Don't be afraid to take time off. You won't regret this if you learn it now because it will save you a TON of time and lost effort.

I totally agree with you on many of your points. But to "each his own", you have to find the routine, time on/off, exercises etc . . . that is right for you individually - kinda like a custom made workout at a gym.

DLD stated in one of his posts/threads that overnight healing is enough rest for recovery, but than again - that maybe good for him and I ? Well, I think that mine is a "RIB", looks like a T-Vein, but kinda got sick & tired of treating it as a T-Vein and just continued with my workouts. Yes, I heard that the T-Vein is caused by girth work tooo erect ? Who knows ? I read the "Boo Boo" thread Thrombosed Vein Treatment and got really nothing outta it ? Just that its not too dangerous ?

I've discussed T-veins with a doctor friends of mine and he told me that in most cases, according to the sysmptoms I've had in the past, that it is not actually thrombosis but phlebitis. This is a similar disorder but is not as serious and is usually caused by an inordinate amount or pressure place on the vein. The symptoms are very similar but actual thrombosis usually requires a series of treatments and it most commonly found in the lower leg.

As for "each his own" this is true to an extent. I will say that from my experience with the rest theory so far has only been positive.
