Long time fan and sporadic lurker of the forum.. figured it was time to get into action started manual stretching recently but I need to do it routinely and consistently.
Anyhow my question is, what is the role of getting regular erections (like in the normal course of a day) to making *length* gains from a manual stretching routine? I hope it doesn't sound like an odd question.. The reason I ask is that for the past year or so i've been taking antidepressants which have done a number on my libido and the quantity/quality of spontaneous erections I get.. Although I can still get hard (and stay hard with stimulation) it takes some effort to do so.
I'm hoping it doesn't have a huge role to play? That is, it's still possible to make significant gains in length (whether flaccid or erect) without having frequent erections? (which I realize sounds kind of ironic).
Note that at the moment I'm not planning to incorporate a girth routine, except possibly some infrequent clamping (which I have some prior experience with).. I have decent girth with respect to my length so would like to concentrate on length mostly for the time being..
