Damnit man! I missed a day on Thanksgiving!!! I actually went 48 hours inbetween girth routines. I have been slipping on my routines because I had to go out of town for a funeral. So I haven't gotten any Penis Enlargement in for the last 3 days. I don't know why, but I decided to measure my bpfsl and it actually grew 1/4". I don't even do length exercises but I guess clamping does stretch out the penis. I've been doing my girth routines from 30 - 60 minutes 1 day on 1 off, for the past week. Everything feels back to 100% again. Thinking about doing 30 minutes of girth everynight again. If I feels a decrease in erection quality or any negative signs, then I'll back off to 1 on 1 off again.

Why not try what I'm doing with your off days. I've been just doing girth lately again. I'm admittingly to lazy to do both. I've been experimenting with it using cold water and warm water and now trying out different length of sets.

Warm water vs cold water. For me warm water definitly wins because it gives WAY better expansion in WAY less time. The only good thing about cold water is that you get less fluid retention, but I'm not to worried about that now.

Length of sets. So far I've tried 6 minute and 10 minute sets. 6 minute is good so far because I get in a intense set and theres no discoloration. 10 minutes is too long because by the time I'm finished with the set my cock is spotted purple. I'm not looking for anymore discoloration. I will try 7,8,and 9 minute sets later but I don't think it will matter too much. I'm guessing 7 and 8 might be good and 9 too much.

That's what I'm up too now until my new job. Shit! My sets aren't 24-60 minutes long, each session is 24-60 minutes long and I do 3-5 sessions throughout the day. In one SESSION I'll do 6 or 10 minute sets equalling 24-60 minutes per SESSION. Damn that would be a long time the the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. My Bad lol

I started clamping 2 sessions a day again, like I was doing a few months ago. This is where you can definitely make gains. I'm do 3x10 in the morning and 3x10 at night. For anyone starting clamping I recommend moisturizing your penis before and after a clamping session. When I started clamping, my penis would getting extremely dry during the session and parts would peel like a sunburn. This is NOT good because the skin that flakes off with turn into a red burn looking mark. I just got 3 of those red marks on my penis a few days ago, and there still there but now I use a dry skin lotion before and after clamping session so that my cock doesn't dry out and peel.

This is just advise though fellas, go out there and do whatever the FUCK you you wanna do!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Update: I'm still doing 60 minutes a day clamping. 3x10 min in the morning and 3x10 at night, pretty much 12 hrs in between routines. My size has been increasing as well for temp gains. For example: Now, before I start my clamping session I measure erect girth and it is exactly 6" and that is 12 from my last workout. I also measure after my 30 min girth session and I have been measuring at 6.5" So I gain 1/2" while clamping and lose it in 12 hours....BUT my original length is about 5.5"ish!!

I going to stay with this as long as my EQ can handle it. Last time I did this routine my EQ died at around 1.5 months into it. So far I've been doing it for a week. As soon as my stretch mark/burn marks heal up, I'm going to use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] after my clamping sessions to see if that will help my EQ stay up to par.
