actually i cant hit deep on that position at all. i can hit deep with me on top, and her legs resting on the upper part of my arm (not shoulders, around the elbow region)
 
I don't think you can lose anything you've gained unless you take off say a year or longer if you do nothing at all. Some people think you can lose gains if you don't cement, but I've never understood that position. If you've gained it you shouldn't lose it considering the accepted conceptions on how the penis gains length and girth.

Just don't stop doing a jelqing routine while you concentrate on length and you will be fine.

ya its that whole 'cementing' idea that bafoons me. I don't know how to do it. so would you say a jelq/girth work out of 2wice a week suffice for keeping girth gains?

I am around your BP length right now. I started at 4.75" G but am up to about 5.25". My final goal is around your current girth. How long did it take you to go from 4.5" G to 6.1"? And was your only routine for girth the above jelqs? I was also curious how many sets you did of that routine and if you might be able to explain "your own" excercise? Wow, now that I look back thats alot of questions so you don't have to answer all of em. Thanks for the post showing great progress and keep it up!

I had two days in a row of measuring length and I had 7 inches on both days so yeah I have had a pretty massive gain in 3 months. I'd expect it to happen quite frankly with as many hours as I've logged. I hope to continue seeing gains in the next 3 months too even though it'll be improbable to duplicate the kind of hours I put in these last 3 months.

well before I tell you about girth exercises just one word of advise. now that I'm 'girthy' i find it very tough to gain in the length department. i guess its the same analogy of trying to stretch a thin cable in contrast to a thicker one. the thicker one is obviously harder to stretch. So my advice would be keep at ur length until you get to the length you want and then start girth. I'm personally not happy with my length, which is why im gonna start hanging. (I'm waiting for my bib to arrive )


anyways, it took me a while to go from 4.5 to 6.1, and over that time i didnt really keep track of my girth to tell you in what time line my gains progressed. I just know around July of 2005 I was around 5.5" and oct 30th 2005 (which is the last time i measured) i was 6.1.

i havent done any 'constriction' in terms of clamping. what i've done is mostly manual. slow concentrated jelqs and squeezes. and i try to 'feel' my dick expanding when i do these 'girth' routines. so at 5 1/4 u have alot of room to grow, do the exercises ive told you and remember girth gains dont happen over night. give it a couple of months.
