M37,
>Would it help if i posted a picture of my hanger? you could point out any deficiencies...<
I can try, but you really need to go by feel. You need to pinpoint the discomfort areas, and trim your hanger accordingly. I will surely look and see if I can see any glaring problems.
>Perhaps you have the schematics for a better home made hanger?<
No. You can try Cap's wench.
>Also i do not have a credit card as yet... is there any other way i could order a bib?<
Personal check, money order, or cash.
>And what would be the benefits of a bib as apposed to a home made?<
I guess most guys find them more comfortable, and able to handle more weight than their homemade versions. But you would need to ask them.
>Any thing i could make on my own that would come close?<
Surely. The Bibs started out as my own homemade hangers. I spent hundreds, if not thousands of hours making hangers. Literally hundreds of hangers of all shapes and sizes. If you have the tools, time, and patience, you can make a hanger which is perfect for you. That was the single biggest hurdle in designing the Bibs, making a hanger that was fairly universal. They are OK, but there are still some guys that have a hard time fitting.
