OK. I figured it out somehow. It may not be ideal but it works pretty well so far. I just put on my PF, twist as much as I can (about 360 on first hour, later a little more), press the bell to my body and pull elastic waistband of my boxers over PF bell, so that it would keep it from twisting back. Works good. But if anydoby uses that technique, remeber to tuck in your shirt over PF bell! Because it's not fully covered by your boxers and if your pants ride down a little you may get embarassed! So spare it and tuck in your shirt.
Another thing I noticed: after a few hours in pf I had some serious edema, especially in the foreskin. It stopped me from doing my PE routine sometimes, since I was waiting for the edema to go away before begining stretching. Now I simply roll back the foreskin and squeeze out the edema. After a few minutes edema is gone. I was doing it erect first, thinking I'll be better, but flaccid works best.
If you have edema from pf or other vaccum device, try it. May be worth it.
