Thank Jake when it works. Guy gained almost as well as dld did. Combining that with what you're already doing and your routine is a monster.

I'm back at it. Last 9 days were with no PE. Just gotta stick to it.

I'm trying it today. I'm strapped in PF bundled as I'm writing this. Just need to find a better way to keep it twisted. Right now I twist it and leave it there, pressed against my hip. It holds, but overtime loosens up.

That is going to happen and frequent re-bundling and tightening will be necessary. Holding a Bundle long term is far easier in a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] or the Phallogenetics.

I will try PhalloGenetics soon. It may roll too, but when the wire is tight enought, it may stop it from untwisting. But for now I can hold abot 360 rotation for an hour if I don't move around much. Did it yesterday for 6 and a half hours, all bundled. Plus some stretching every hour.
 
And when you do normal extending after all that how much further do you stretch?

Lately I just replaced normal extending with bundled. Is it wrong? I hope I'll work up to use PF at night again, and do it normal way then.

Definitely not wrong. Bundled extending has shown great promise so far. The more the merrier.

With the pf, it might help if you use a q tip or something like that to hold the twist. Just stick it through any opening in the Bell and it should keep it from being untwisted. Not that familiar with the pfs bell but I think it's possible to keep it like that with something in the way like that.

Not doing a fantastic job explaining here...

Imagine a a guitar tuner. Put a long piece of steel through if. It won't be able to rotate past the tuner next to it due to the steel hurting it. You want to figure out how to make that effect with the pf against your body. Hope that's a little clearer.
 
OK. I figured it out somehow. It may not be ideal but it works pretty well so far. I just put on my PF, twist as much as I can (about 360 on first hour, later a little more), press the bell to my body and pull elastic waistband of my boxers over PF bell, so that it would keep it from twisting back. Works good. But if anydoby uses that technique, remeber to tuck in your shirt over PF bell! Because it's not fully covered by your boxers and if your pants ride down a little you may get embarassed! So spare it and tuck in your shirt.
Another thing I noticed: after a few hours in pf I had some serious edema, especially in the foreskin. It stopped me from doing my PE routine sometimes, since I was waiting for the edema to go away before begining stretching. Now I simply roll back the foreskin and squeeze out the edema. After a few minutes edema is gone. I was doing it erect first, thinking I'll be better, but flaccid works best.
If you have edema from pf or other vaccum device, try it. May be worth it.

Idk much about the edema issue, but it doesn't sound like it's much in your way if you can treat it in minutes. Just stick to the safe limits with the pf. Blisters can happen and you can count on that halting you for good week. I've had that before and it's super gross.

I had something blister-like. Twice. Took some time to cure. But funny thing is I only get them while using pf overnight. So for now I use daytime only.
As for rubber bands - how should I do it? Nothing comes to my mind.

Yea, you might want to just try wrapping at night because that's not good times. Mine took a week and I lost all my momentum. Sucked hardcore.

I thought you said you used a single rubber band to secure if. Just figuring 3 would hold it better.

Never heard of that, but I'll try. But will it work for me if I keep foreskin over most of my glans while in pf? Just put babypowder over my foreskin, right?
 
So you're getting blisters on the foreskin? Why don't you leave it to hang outside the bell?

Exactly, this should make the area smooth and more difficult to create a blister. I would also try Temps advice also. Good luck and let us know if we can help you with anything else.

It's a little wierd but when I retract the foreskin I can't put my dick in the bell. It just won't fit. But if foreskin covers the glans I can slide into the bell. This leaves foreskin partially retracted when in the bell.

Sorry for not replying earlier.
I use a waistband of my boxers, but not like a band, just a part of boxers. So I put on boxers and slide them down so the edge of boxer shorts holds PF bell in place. Hope it;s clear to understand.

Quick update on my progress:

2. BTC : left, center, right, x 30sec x 3 sets
3. DLD Blasters [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 30[/words] sec x 5 sets
4. Straight Up Rotary stretches x 25 cranks x 3 sets
hop into PF, restimulate every hour (BTC: left, right , center)x 30sec + 25 rotary cranks. Going as much as I can, wearing PF bundled 360. Seems to work quite well, since I had to shorten the PF belt a few times.
On another note, I started to take medication to lower blood pressure prescribed to me by my doc.
My EQ dropped significantly, but, and that;s weird, libido has gone up.
So I'm a horny dude with a limpy dick. Oh maybe just not as hard as it should be. But it's still better than getting a heart attack, right?
