Hi Mr.D. With my buthered predicament, my case seems to be different to many others as I am pretty sure I was cut with a free hand knife. This has left uneven amounts of mucousal tissue around my penis with very little on the top side and lots of it on the underneath. I have also got what appears to be 3 skin adhesions on the top side of my penis where it didn't heal properly, as no one told us to look after it after the op so through lack of knowledge this has resulted. Although they appear raised when flaccid, during the erect state they are unnoticeable or at least a lot less prominent. Now for me to grow more tissue in this area is going to be a lot harder for me than any other person becuase of these adhesions they are more tougher to stretch.
What I do is I roll my skin up on to my glans as normal and begin to stretch it from this point. Now, if you roll the skin as much as possible so the mucousal tissue is nearly on the outside of your skin you stretch up from this point and it really targets the skin directly underneath from the glans. Then roll it back a bit and stretch it a bit more. Repeating this allows us to target specific areas more so than others, It targets the external skin and inner skin. It is hard to explain but I hope you get what I mean.When you have the roll of skin in your grip and are stretching up, roll the skin between your fingers in a way which emphasizes more stretch on the inner skin. You will find it is hard to keep a grip on this as there is a lot more resistance on it, also the skin will be shorter and you wont have as much to work with but just tug up with high intensity and it really hits this top side of inner skin. Repeat this going in a clock wise motion doing the side of skin, underneath of skin etc to try and get an all round even stretch.
To really finsish this off with a really nice even stretch I do this;
Put your middle finger on your urethra and roll the skin up on the glans and onto your middle finger. OK grip around the skin on your middle finger so your finger acts as a 'Keeper' and pull up. This is the most even stretch you can acheive getting everything nice and even.
