Fluid, maybe you'll have to work harder to piss in few first times using the pump, but that's about it I think, there is no big side effects in using a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words], but also you must be careful, don't overpump your dick
