So here is a new and improved progress thread. I have been slacking on my PE a lot lately so I thought it was time to start off a new thread. Out with the old and in with the new! So right now i am mostly focussing on length as I have a thrombosis vein that won't go away but be not afraid, I am going to take it down soon! As of now my length routine is...
-5 minute warmup
-5 minutes of bundles while kegelimg throughout
-2 sets of newbie stretches in all directions (holding each for 30 seconds per set) including rotaries
-5 minutes of expressive stretching (low grip stretches or Mandingo stretches, whatever I'm in the mood for that day
-if time left over, 5 minutes of A-stretches
I am also going to start including 5-10 minutes of erect stretching 2-3 times a week.
Depending on what my work day looks like, after my sessions I try to get as much time in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] as I can. If the work day involves a lot of moving around, then I will use the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] instead. I usually try to get at least 4 hours in either the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] a day.
So that is my routine and here are my goals and stats as of right now...
BPEL: 7.2"
NBPEL: 6.5"
MSEG: 4.75"
BPFSL: 7.5"
Flaccid length: about 4-4.5"
(All of these measurements are taken standing up)
So here are my goals for length...
In 3-4 months: gain of .5" erect length and .25" flaccid length
In 6-8 months: gain of .75" erect length and .5" flaccid length
In 10-12 months: gain of 1" in erect length and roughly .75" flaccid length
I have no clue as to what my goals are for girth but if say in about 1 years time I would like to have about a 5.5" MSEG which is about a .75" gain in girth.
