I have been doing Clamped Erect Stretching for the past 3 days. I very much like the tension it gives on the tunica/e. It not only gives me a Length workout but also a girth workout. So heres the thing i want to know whos experimented with this, how much they've gained and how EXACTLY they did them.
I for one, clamp at the extreme base and obtain a 110% erection. Then i squeeze firmly under the head to get a solid grip and pull straight out for as long as my grip can hold on that hand at the max stretch(usually 30 secs). Then i repeat for about 30 mins and then if my tunica/e is not completely sore after i repeat. Kausion_420 has suggested doing clamped tug of war stretches(stretch at base and at head--by pulling in opposite directions) but i do not feel that i have enough length for this. any suggestions besides being careful stretching erect?
