Hey guys,been a very long while since I have posted an update but unfortunately thing have been quite hectic with uni and all,things aren't as easy as they used to be but I am not gonna bother you with details. Lets get to the important stuff: I have been hanging now more than before,standing up instead of fulcrum off the bed, I hang progressively now instead of continuous 1 hour sessions where I hang 5 kgs for 20 mins then 7.5 then 20 totaling an hour as well but increasing the load. Also,I have just started clamping and I like it a lot, along with that I do compressions and that not while clamping with significant expansion. I have ordered an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and a pump (generic ones no big name brands) and i expect them to be here within a month,lets say 2 to avoid any disappointment lol. I don't want to take any measurements to avoid disappointment but visually things look unchanged and that is good enough for me until I start feeling/seeing gains then I'll measure

Great to hear that your getting into some new tools man. Have you throughout a program for your new items? They should help you speed the process up some. Keep the hard work up man.

okay,for the time being I decided on a routine. its pretty simple but you'd see the idea behind it. today I hung 11 kg or 24 pounds. this is the most I've ever did, and it felt good too,no pain or feeling like the weight will rip my dick off lol anways, didn't want to rush the weight increase so I added 1 kg only just to be safe. maybe by next month or so I'll end my last set with 12 or 13 don't want to rush anything

It#s just a pain when there are other people around who could be knocking at your door. I had some bad experiences with that and hanging
 
I am anxious to add hanging to my manuals in a couple of months. I think they could compliment each other brilliantly.

they absolutely do but keep an eye out for negative physiological indicators which is usually a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sign[/words] of over training in my experience
 
small update: Girth seem to respond well to current routine,length not so much. this slow length gain thing is really starting to grind my gears

Do not get upset when gains come, be thankful wherever they come from. For me it was the opposite for me and it was upsetting at the time but looking back I know that the penis will grow in all directions, sometimes one faster than the other. If that be the case, concentrate solely on girth until you have gained what you desire and than switch to a length exclusive routine.

Good Man! This is always the smartest way to rock yourself back into PE, start with the basics and progress from there. Deconditioning is such a smart thing for anyone who is caught in a plateau or gains are slowing. Shooting for that size myself ..... Currently at 7.5" nbpel & 8" bpel... Started doing clamped stretching. My basis is at this state I am elongated for length while engorged girth wise. Wondering if this is a wise move did?

I have not heard of anyone using this method so it is new waters. I would test and keep safe and see where you get with it. It makes sense to me and I think it worth a good try.

I don't clamp at 100% say bout 60% an stretch..... I will keep safe & thanks for advice always 👊
