I like the relaxed feeling about this routine. Allowing yourself to make changes a you will, bringing a fun factor to the workout.

Exactly, make PE fun and it will be a pleasure more than a task. Your routine looks good but since you will be changing things up we will have to see what time brings.

I'm working on a theory based on what I have noticed in my body. yesterday I tried to measure my bpfsl and initially it wouldn't budge over 7.75,after jiggling it and stretch it around (noticing it was a bit too stiff) it went right to 8.2. so I concluded that intensity is bad for me. on the other hand when I increase intensity of my girth routine,I see gains quite easily. so I have decided to do a simple length exercise aka the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] and a high intensity girth routine: regular jelqs plus [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] plus water pumping. I have tried this today and my penis is long and fat like it used to be after a workout not shriveled up close to nothing
 
looks like I was right. measured my bpfsl again today,penis feels spongy and stretchy,went to 8.3,in just 2 days.will continue with this study for the rest of this month

I believe I was,yes. thats why I decided to decrease the exercises I do but keep the intensity of the stretching I do (newbie routine) high. on the other hand,girth as we all know responds well to high intensity high expansion routine.thanks man,I hope I can translate those bpfsl gains into erect,so I have been doing erect stretching before my girth workout.

Yeah, but sometime overtraining is the ticket to big length gains. The state of fatigue will always make the penis much more malleable and stretchable. Fatigue through overtraining or the refractory period after orgasm will delver the same results, pure stretch with no interference from pelvic floor muscles.

I always reverse kegel while stretching so pc muscle interference is not an issue for me. I have noticed that my penis responds terribly to overtraining,thats why I am experimenting with single routine stretching with high intensity

It could be the dorsal nerve, it could be the corona and the frenulum overlapping, it could be something else. Is there pain when it happens and is there any noticeable visual signs?

alright,newbie stretches are not enough so it seems now,lost 0.2 inches in bpfsl with no change in erect what so ever. so,manual stretching is out for a while,back to heavy long sessions of hanging,did 17 lbs for 30 minutes straight,until I break through this freaking plateau. girth on the other hand seems to be very responsive to the current routine so no changes need to be made,I can already see slight difference now

I have decided to put everything related to girth on the side for a while,shift all focus to length. I'm quite happy with my current girth and its quite close to my short term goal. but length is what's giving me trouble so I will focus on it till I start gaining as easily as girth

Well build a Snake Hanger. It doesnt have to be exactly the same, but I am sure you can find a pipe repair clamp in your country and figure out the rest.

Or make a Bib hanger, which I am not a fan of but it is surely better than what you are using right now.

A hanger is easy to make and there are a few choices on the forum, the Snake Handler is one of the best.
