last day of midterms today,finally I can get peace of mind to exercise! recently I have felt that my erection is "fuller" and harder, but the length from my point of view is really lacking. I would really love to add 1 or 2 inches in length but that seems so hard and impossible to achieve. idk,I am starting to lose hope and motivation to gain any length,I just cannot find that sweet spot where I don't undertrain or overtrain and not see any gains either way,nothing seems to work anymore even after a long deconditioning break.
 
I am so happy you made it through the mid terms and now will have some time. So happy to see you taking advantage of this time to attain more growth.
 
I'm back.I was debating with myself whether I should stop pe or continue to reach my goal. I thought I'd give it one last shot since I wasn't able to make any gains at all. Back wearing the extender and I'll be as consistent as I can for the coming month,if I see any gains at all I'll continue.

If you can't gain anymore length why not just focus on girth? Don't you want girth gains?
 
I already have very good girth and I don't want it to be excessive to avoid problems, length is what I think is lacking

You know the bigger the girth, the more difficult it becomes to gain length. That's why I'm still working on length till now. I remember you said you have gotten to 8.5 bone press in length. Is that right?

Never give up!

I would recommend upping time, and also intensity with spikes for both elongation and expansion. This should help you break through any barriers that are holding up your progress.
 
Why so negative?

I'm not trying to be negative. It's just that you have already gotten to your girth goal and your length gains is now tougher to come. If I'm satisfied with my girth, I will give up. Just speaking for myself.
 
SRT to the rescue! Let’s put more focus on healing and gaining, add more intensity and time into training and be sure to heal as SRT directs.
