there is no routine at the moment. I'm waiting for the cyst to heal, I don't want to inflame it or cause an infection.Try to add bundled stretches to your routine. It might help.

I'm doing some light stretching and some erect bends and compressions but thats about it. I've been focusing lately on EQ and PC muscles and I've been getting better erectionsVery smart my brother! You do not want to train through blisters, pimples or cyst. In all cases scarring will happen. And as Long said, do not fear any gains that may be lost as they will come back within a week of starting again.
During this time off I suggest you train your pelvic floor muscles to strengthen your EQ and feel like you’re getting something in every day. It’s important to keep your head in the game even if it’s just doing Kegels.
