Currently wearing the extender on max setting for one hour, but not sure if I'm gonna be able to get any more work done today, busy day today

Unfortunately I wasn't able to, I got back home at 3 am and was dead tired and went to bed. Although, I did 600 jelqs and pumped for a while during shower before I left which is good, and rn I am free so I'll put on the extender for a while

Noticing some turtle-ing today which is unusual given that I only wore the extender for 1 hour last night (I do that almost everyday) gonna ujw it and see it again in a couple of hours
 
still doing the newbie routine. first of september I'll measure my bpfsl again and if there is no gain,will move on to something else (manual routine) the hanging,pumping and extending are constants but increase their intensity by increasing weight,pressure and time

I've been slacking off a lot this week,I think I got in 2 workouts only this week and that pisses me off. Oh well,back to the drawing board
 
Decided to get off of my ass and do some work. Length only today. 5 mins bundled stretching,pyramid hanging: 5 kg for 15 mins, 10kgs for 15, 15 kg for 15 then 10 for 5 mins and 5 for 5 mins. Then edge and release

That’s why I like to hear my brother! I know it can become mundane and boring but with a little bit of motivation you can break through this and have an excellent workout. I’m happy to see you’re getting it done.

No its not boring at all, work has been extra exhausting this week so I didn't have any energy to do anything. But now I'm powering through it
 
wore the extender on max for an hour but after that I noticed some numbing in the head and puffiness below it,I take it as a bad sign I assume? anyways I wrapped it and leaving it alone for the rest of the day

Okay, time to increase intensity. From now on all manual stretching will be done with the LM. And will try to increase the time spent in the extender. Today: newbie routine with LM plus 10 mins blasters followed by 600 jelqs,5 mins ssj 5 mins compression squeezes. A couple of hours in extender prior to that.

honestly I'm starting to get frustrated from not reaching my goals
 
Provided your PE career is long enough and you work smarter than most then yes it's possible. You'll probably achieve girth goal just working towards length. I just hit 3 inch BPEL gain last month after 15 years. I took a very long decon (18 to 20 months) and am now very efficient in my routine. Because of those 2 factors I'm now making newbie like gains without beating my dick up or subjecting it to unneeded trauma. If I would've embraced those 2 factors sooner I'd probably be done with PE long ago and enjoying my very large penis by now. After a certain point connective tissues response is strengthening and not elongation, which is our goal. Even girth is just elongation in the circumferential plane. I still don't have things figured out but if I had to hypothesize I'm creating a proliferation response without or at a much reduced inflammation response, in regards to my current routine. Inflammation I now take as a sign that too much was done, at least in terms of length gains.

I mention that because the kg levels you are now at are mildly high and my hunch is you're approaching or already at the strengthening phase and a long decon may be needed to jumpstart gains. Length of decon is proportional to intensity and time gone without a break. So if it's been a while 3 months minimum, more would be better. It's taking 2 steps forward and one step back.
