Some say only measure once every three months, as for official measuring.
I think as long as you're not obsessed with measuring, all is well.
That being said, you can measure after intense sessions for temporary gains, to see if you're going the right way.

Once a month is fine, for "semi-official" measuring. For best and most true measuring it's best to have a 48 hour timewindow without any PE to be sure of real gains. Some might say three days without exercises but damn it, PE is too fun to be put on halt for that long! LOL
I mainly want length since my girth is pretty good as it is now ( 6 inches) and I read that you can measure the BPFSL as much as you want and tbh it would motivate me if everytime I measured I get longer but that never happens lol
 
Go for what feels best, honestly! But measuring too often can bring people down, that's why I personally don't suggest measuring too often. Just enjoy the ride!

Congratulations on your girth! Work on that length, I know you can get to your goals! :)

I have a system I’d like to use when it comes to measuring. I think it’s important to measure girls after each session to make sure you’re seeing expansion. This is not an official measurement as your only measuring temporary size. I also suggest that you check your flaccid stretched bone pressed measurement every 30 days to make sure your length routine is working. Official measurements should only be taken once every 90 days and you can see how to take his measurements on this page in the member site: Measuring Page
 
its just that I get excited and I wanna know if I gained anything or not because I get motivated so much when I find out that I got bigger

I feel your frustration my brother and I want you to take a deep breath step back and take a reality check, you’re already gigantic so everything from here on is simply cream. It seems to me that your routine may be has come to a plateau and maybe time to mix things up and cause the penis some confusion so it will start to grow again. I can help you write a routine or you can look up some of the older routines that I’ve created called plateau busters, there’s probably four or five versions. When we come to a plateau the penis needs to be shocked back into action. So don’t be too upset allow yourself to relax and have confidence that we will get you to where you want to go. This one sentence says the most! ;) Yes, a mix up of the routines or something totally different could be in order. And as DLD stated, you are big, but I do see your goals as well.

One thing I can say for sure; you've worked at it and therefore you're likely healthier. Working on yourself is always good, even if the measuring says you haven't gained.

I'm hanging 10 kgs 3 times a week and will increase by 1 kg each week and 10 mins bundled stretches and 10 mins blasters.

Sounds good and I like to progressive nature of your hanging. How many sets will you be doing? I’m very happy to see you have the bundled stretches in there he sure to do them before you train as they’re meant to loosen up the tunica so when you train you make better gains. I would suggest you also getting some erect stretching two or three times a week for about 10 min. Also don’t forget your Kegels❤️

Maybe you should reset by doing the newbie routine for a few weeks and over that time let me write up a routine for you that’s completely different than what you’re doing now so we can get you gaining.

My biggest piece of advice is do not quit before the miracle happens. I understand Mike that it can be frustrating when things are not turning out exactly as we want and become so easy to quit. But you’re not a quitter, your brother! ❤️ Relax and don’t worry too much on this we will make it happen.

I already did the newbie routine reset and still gained nothing. girth maybe getting better but length unaffected,that bothers me because I want more length and I haven't gained 0.1 inch in over a year

Stick with the newbie routine for now and let me put together a length exclusive work out. Something where we can just concentrate on elongation and worry about girth later. Does that sound good to you? How much time can you give me in the day?

that sounds good. around 2-3 hours per day
