Welcome back!

Life can surely get in the way. I'm glad to hear you've focused on school, hoping that it will yield you financial gains in life.

A size up sounds good! You did cement some gains, I assume?

Best success on your way to glory, in sense of PE and life as well.
I have not seen some measurable gains outside of the tube to be fair, but I hope to reach the point of being my pumped size while unpumped and I'll reach this soon enough since I enjoy pumping so much.

I'm back, its been a while. Life gets in the way I'm sure all of you know that. Currently I'm a bit too busy to do anything other than focusing on school but sometimes I pump with warm water, easy, beneficial and enjoyable. everyday I pump I like it even more. might consider getting the next size up tube because this one gets full too fast

Welcome back my brother! It seems like everybody’s coming home and it brings me great joy! Michael make sure you check in at the mod forum to let us know you’re still active. I’m so looking forward to your involvement. I also think you’re probably I’ll like the new format were using, it kicks ass.

Happy new year my dear friends! I have been away for a while;still busy with school and whatnot but my break is coming up soon and I intend to make full use of it.I plan to get back into shape and gain some size. 2019 is going to be the year of the 9 inches. Here's a overall look for my plan this year: reach 9" bpfsl by the end of february (currently at around 8.5-5.6") and if my theory is correct I'd reach 8.5-8.6" in bpel. throughout the rest of the year I'll try to maintain any size I gain and during free time work for more length. by December 2019 I hope to reach 9" bpel and 6.5" EG. Since I haven't been doing any mentionable PE,I'm going back to the newbie routine and go from there. The big plan is to be 10 inches by 2020 and I know I can reach it if I put my mind-and enough work-in it. 2019 is gonna be the year I reach my goals,no messing around and wasting time this year

Welcome back Mike I hope you had a wonderful holiday season! I like your plan it sounds very doable and I think the timing is right on point. Looking forward to your progress log. Welcome back my brother!

All the big boys are coming back! And hopefully next week will have our new template for the form and will be on our way to bigger and better things

I'm glad that whenever shit gets too much,I can just return to the brotherhood! live is so hectic for me currently and unfortunately I can only focus on one task at once and I hate it but, this year I promised myself that I will stop messing around and focus after all,I really want a long dick lol

Over all my years here it does become a refuge for veterans. It’s it’s nice to come back to the brotherhood and see all your old friends that are still around. We’ve had so many veterans come back over the past three months it’s amazing. And many just here to help Brothers not even looking to make gains. The brotherhood is altruistic! ❤️

I'm gonna start today the newbie routine for at least 6 weeks. I'll take a new measurement before starting to have an accurate idea where I'm currently at. I'll be going back to my usual 5 on 2 off split that seemed like its the best split for me.

Every time I come back to start PE again I always start with the newbie routine. For me it is the reset button to making new gains. Are usually will stay on the newbie routine for about 2 to 4 weeks before I start a new circuit of SRT

my bpfsl is 8.5 inches so I haven't lost a lot only 0.1. I'll do the newbie routine for a month then measure again.

bit of a depressing news, I was trying to put on my extender today and it just broke.bit sad. Although,I have been doing manual work and started handing today.

What extender do you have?

I had a proextender from a chinese website. I didn't have enough money for a good extender but now I do.

You did what you could do with what you had and that’s what’s best. When I started PE there was no equipment besides dry air pumps. Today you have your choice on so much different gear it’s unbelievable. If I had access to all this gear when I started, my goodness it would not of taken 10 years.

I saved enough "extra" money to buy some quality tools. but I'm not sure I'll be able to use them as much as I want right now because of busy life so I'll wait for a while and see how things go. for now I'll stick to manual work and hanging (which you know I love lol). how frequent do you think I should measure my BPFSL??

Some say only measure once every three months, as for official measuring.
I think as long as you're not obsessed with measuring, all is well.
That being said, you can measure after intense sessions for temporary gains, to see if you're going the right way.

Once a month is fine, for "semi-official" measuring. For best and most true measuring it's best to have a 48 hour timewindow without any PE to be sure of real gains. Some might say three days without exercises but damn it, PE is too fun to be put on halt for that long! :D
