As an addition it would be good but as a replacement, no. well today I did the routine then wore the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 2 hours on 900g. thats was intense and I loved it.

when should I do full traction of the extender? and for how long? and is it a good addition right after doing manual stretches?

Yes, that is a great time to wear. To gain size you will want to wear at full intensity and when healing you will move to a medium tension. At full gaining mode I would go 1/2-1 hour a set before taking off, circulating blood and reattaching. If you want to avoid the time it takes to do this I highly recommend the VLC modification as you can take off and put on the SizeGenetics in seconds rather than minutes. For healing wear as long as you can at a medium, comfortable setting.

When using an extender, you need to increase the tension every 15mins or 20mins. But during your first set, don't increase tension. Start increasing the tension from your second set. Let's say you want to wear the extender for 4 hours. During your first 1 hour, just stretch to max tension but dont increase the tension every 15mins or 20mins. Increment should start from your second set because the first set is considered as warm up.

from the second set, start increasing the tension every 15mins. English is not my language, I do hope you understood what I have written.
 
as per my failure to gain any length using any mentioned technique,routine etc... I have decided to go back to square one;heavy hanging. And for girth I will rely on pumping and clamping. Will start from today and see where this leads me after a month or so
