its a mix of both playing it by ear and a certain routine. I do 100 jelqs followed by a minute of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s until I'm either tired or can't do anymore.and correction: I did 3000 jelqs, 1-1.5 second jelq and it took around an hour or so. what can I say, I was bored hahahaha. but if you mean my general routine then yes,I used to do 1000 regular jelqs per day 5 days a week but saw minimum expansion.only the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] provide the good expansion you want

I would agree that you did make good girth gains within that timeframe. Are you alternating your girth workouts 1 day on 1 day off? Keep up the good work brotha!

So you just do 100 jelqs and SSJs superset until you get tired? How many sets of those do you typically do? Like 5 (so 500 jelqs total and 5 minutes of SSJing), 10, 20?!? Just curious :)

Anytime is the right time. If you are still going through puberty it is the best time as you are growing naturally and adding PE will quicken that pace greatly and bring you to a much bigger size than if you did not do PE.
 
I was just thinking about how I could increase intensity of my length routing and it hit me,I could do bundled basic stretching. I will try that for a week and see what happens
 
new game plan: in the am: a set of bundled basic stretching (1:30 minute holds),15 minutes of free stretching,which means I stretch for 15 with any technique I feel like. Pm: 700 c-jelqs,5 minutes isolated compression squeezes, 5 minutes [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] and depending on how I feel/free time/privacy : pumping and hanging

I like the relaxed feeling about this routine. Allowing yourself to make changes a you will, bringing a fun factor to the workout.

Exactly, make PE fun and it will be a pleasure more than a task. Your routine looks good but since you will be changing things up we will have to see what time brings.

I'm working on a theory based on what I have noticed in my body. yesterday I tried to measure my bpfsl and initially it wouldn't budge over 7.75,after jiggling it and stretch it around (noticing it was a bit too stiff) it went right to 8.2. so I concluded that intensity is bad for me. on the other hand when I increase intensity of my girth routine,I see gains quite easily. so I have decided to do a simple length exercise aka the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] and a high intensity girth routine: regular jelqs plus [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] plus water pumping. I have tried this today and my penis is long and fat like it used to be after a workout not shriveled up close to nothing
