my current idea of a routine is blasters for warm up and exhausting PC muscle, basic stretches,jelqs and compression squeezes. I still haven't found how to break up the routine through out the day,might do 2x15 minutes of blasters and 300 jelqs in the morning 3 full sets of basic stretches another 300 jelqs and 5 minutes of compression squeezes. what do you guys think?

Sounds good, I would not forgo the Bundled Stretches though, they are very important to the break down of the Tunica to allow for much bigger gains.
 
decided on a small change. in the morning: 10 bundled stretches,15 minute blasters,5 minutes mandingo stretches then wrap. in the afternoon: 10 bundled stretches,3 sets of basic stretching,600 jelqs and 5 minutes compression squeezes. lets see if my dick can handle that without growing

I know, I guess I forgot to write it,I do 5 holds each side for 30 seconds,thats 2:30 minutes

It is so strange how much newbies hate the soreness they feel only to miss it when it is gone. Soreness comes and goes but gains continue to increase despite this.

I'm not a newbie, I've been doing PE since I was 14 but on and off, second of all I don't hate soreness. what I meant with saying I felt sore is that my current routine is of adequate intensity. I also know that soreness is not a measure of gains,trust me I would know,being an athlete/weight lifter for more than 13 years

lol I do hahahha,was too lazy to convert it to inches. 21 cm is around 8.2 inches. lets hope to see that in bpel sometime soon

I would say some do in cm and others in inches,prefrences I guess. I have something to ask you DLD, I am having problems being consistent in my workouts,what would you reccommend to be more dedicated and consistent to never miss a workout?

Get a picture of the dick size you want and look at it everyday and this will give you what you need to get your work in. When I started I looked to people that were bigger than me as inspiration to continue. As I got larger I surpassed most of the models I was looking towards and eventually Mandingo was all Icould look at for inspiration. Being inspired requires a vision of what we desire, if we can not picture it get a picture of it!

I do that,but I still slack back so much and don't put in enough work yet I want to get bigger

Make it a habit of good luck! Put it in your mind that if you do this everyday with all your might you will be showered with everything you desire. Take a childish approach to this so it becomes easy. Take to everything with perfect simplicity and motivation of work will follow. The big thing in with PE is you need to want it enough to do what needs to be done.
