DLD i have been a lurker here for sometime. Before tht i used to hang at pegym. Let me tell you that you are way ahead then others. I have been acting upon ur advices (the ones i read on the forum threads and incorporate them in my routine. This bundled erect stretch is awesome. I can really feel that my penis is really worked out in all the places. One thing i want to ask is that while at 90-100 erect i can hardly twist my penis (its my first day) what i do is that i grip just behind the glan and twist it as far as i can , then using my second hand i grab the penis close to the base and then give it a full whole twist. This makes possible to involve the inner penis as well as puts pressure in the mid shaft area and gives a much better feeling, like really working out....am i doing something which isnt right?

Glad to have you and thank you for your compliments. We have always tried to remain in front of the curve. Most PE outlets do not start to use our work for sometimes years. We have great Brothers here that have vast knowledge and we appreciate and preserve these relationships so there is always veterans helping newbies.

When doing Bundled Stretches you want to be flaccid or close to flaccid. But, some men have started to do them erect or close and have been making great progress but I would tread lightly as this can damage the penis is caution in not used. But when flaccid, go crazy with them! Any thing you need just let us know.
 
Ill have to incorporate this erect bundles. As flaccid bundles gave me 1/4inch length gain these past 3 weeks. So far, bundles have been the BEST addition to my routine!!
 
@DLD yes i also think that i should start with flaccid or close to flaccid bundled stretches. Another thin i have observed is that when you are close to 90-100 when you twist your penis, the twist is at the base and not in the mid. Have you or any onther got this issue?? Not that i am going to incorporate them right away , as I will be giving erect bundle some rest around a month and so and give my full to the flaccid and then add erect ones. Bundled stretches are so good and i am giving them my full attention. Today i did BTC bundles and they are so good. Really worked up the penis.

This was first done by German Stallion and He had nothing but success. My only advice is to practice caution, yes it is a formidable exercise but it is also dangerous if done without control. Take your time. Feel out the stretch with every movement to find what is safest before going hog wild.
 
I have done twisted erect stretches a few years ago. Bundled erect stretching, like you say, only one twist when fully hard. What I did was twisted a couple times and started to become engorged. So perhaps give that a shot if you know what I mean. Already be in the twist and become aroused while maintaining as best you can that hold. I can see how this would stretch the sheath surrounding the penis, which is very strong. Erect stretching appears to be great at that, which is why I've always advocated and supported erect stretches, even when clamped when many frowned upon it in the past.
 
I have been doing the bundled stretches but am only able to do 1 to 1.5 twist. It has improved since I started doing them as it was initially tough to get just one.

Try going at it about 90% erect and see what you can do. Most will be able to get more than 1/2 turn while erect but that is plenty to cause expansion.

Still a good amount for being erect, when erect rotation does not need to be huge. A quarter turn will cause great expansion on each side.

Definitely something many can not do but there are those that can. But for the most part the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] is used flaccid.
 
Am I the only one who can't maintain an erection while stretching? I can get like a 10 second stretch but as soon as I release my grip I drop to like 60%

very common (I've abandoned erect stretching solely) but replaced with an edging/stretching technique which I'm not certain does anything. My PE is a hodgepodge of stuff (90% [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words]) that seems to work (albeit slowly)

Same here. I've hardly ever kept an actual routine. Usually I just do my favorite 4 or 5 stretches for about an hour to an hour and a half.

This is common but can be dealt with using Viagra or Cialis. Some men just have problems keeping an erection for training so these medications will help.

Consider getting into a consistent routine as it will help figure out what's missing, what needs improvement, and more consistent gain measurements.

Pumping is definitely a more consistent way of slowly stretching the penis while keeping a hard erection. I may have to resort to that instead of erect stretching.

Do you use the search window and type in bundled stretches and click the box that says “search only in titles” and you’ll find many different ways. But the best way to bundle is using your Lengthmaster. You strap in as regular and using the handlebars you twist the penis once or twice or however much you can and stretch out word from there. You can stretch upward down word to the left or right.
