I've been at Penis Enlargement since Nov 2003, almost 2 years now. I have gained about 1in in length and close to an inch in girth, in erect gains. Flaccid gains about 2in in length and 1in in girth. On a full erection I'm 8.5 to 8.75bp depending on the day, and am about 6.25 midshaft.
I'm still trying to gain some more length and girth, simply because I want to. My goal is 9in NBP nd 6.75 mid shaft girth. Then I might retire.
I've tried almost everything in order to gain. Pumping, stretching, clamping, ADC, jelqs, manual girth exercises, and a small amount of hanging that lasted about 1month.
I have put together a routine for me based on my experiences. Which I feel would be right for me. I plan to update this log after every work out. With what I did, how long and what I felt during the workout.
My routine is based on three basic ways of enlargement. Manual stretching. manual girth work, and pumping. With edging between sets of all girth work. I will most likely change the order I do my exercises to keep my dick guessing, and also so I wont get burnt out mentally.
Here is a basic outline of what I might do on any given day, however the order of exercises will be switched with most workouts.
Warm up, will be with a heating pad placed on my crotch for about 10mins. This will never change in my routine.
Then I'll go into manual stretches for 10mins.
Straight up stretch hold for 30 seconds with average force.
Straight down stretch hold for 30 seconds with average force.
30 seconds of cranks with average force.
Then
Repeat the above but I will add more force with this second go around,
Finally
I'll repeat the above but use max force for all stretches. I want to add where my grip will be. On the straight up stretches My grip will be close to mid shaft. On the downward stretches my grip will be just below the glans. Also instead of doing straight down on this last go around I will so A-Stretches, I love these at high tensions!
After stretching I'll go into pumping for 10 mins at 5hg, maintaining a 100% erection in the pump the whole time.
After the pumping I'll go into what I like to call a combo of squeezes and stretching at the same time. I'll grip very close to the base with a 50% erection and bust out a few kegels to push as much blood as I can beyond my grip, then I'll squeeze hard, and pull straight down at the same time, or do cranks, or pull straight up. When I'm pulling I get massive girth beyond my grip, and I feel an intense stretch at the base. I'll mix these up with all different types of angles. This will go about 10 mins.
Then I go back to the pump for 10mins at 5hg, again being 100% erect in the pump for the whole time.
To finish up I do 10 more mins of combo squeeze and stretch. Last I edge after wards, and maintain 100% erection for 10mins. I clean up and put on a cock ring to wear for the remainder of the day.
That will be my Penis Enlargement routine for a while now.
Also I'm getting back into lifting weights. I want to get some strength back, and would not mind to add like 10 to 20lbs of muscle in the process. So I'm stocking up on protein for muscle growth, and oatmeal for my energy. I have just loaded up on creatine and am ready to begin my cycle.
I will be doing mostly basic compound exercises. Bench press, Dead-lift, pull ups, shoulder presses, squats. I'm trying to gain strength not isolate. So I'm sticking to the basics and am going to attempt to eat like a horse.
Squat 3 sets
Dead-lift 3 sets
Bench press 3 sets
Pull up 3 sets
Shoulder press 3 sets
Dumbbell curls 2 sets
I will be doing this 1 day on and 2 days off, with a warm up of 10mins of jumping rope.
