I've been at Penis Enlargement since Nov 2003, almost 2 years now. I have gained about 1in in length and close to an inch in girth, in erect gains. Flaccid gains about 2in in length and 1in in girth. On a full erection I'm 8.5 to 8.75bp depending on the day, and am about 6.25 midshaft.

I'm still trying to gain some more length and girth, simply because I want to. My goal is 9in NBP nd 6.75 mid shaft girth. Then I might retire.

I've tried almost everything in order to gain. Pumping, stretching, clamping, ADC, jelqs, manual girth exercises, and a small amount of hanging that lasted about 1month.

I have put together a routine for me based on my experiences. Which I feel would be right for me. I plan to update this log after every work out. With what I did, how long and what I felt during the workout.

My routine is based on three basic ways of enlargement. Manual stretching. manual girth work, and pumping. With edging between sets of all girth work. I will most likely change the order I do my exercises to keep my dick guessing, and also so I wont get burnt out mentally.

Here is a basic outline of what I might do on any given day, however the order of exercises will be switched with most workouts.

Warm up, will be with a heating pad placed on my crotch for about 10mins. This will never change in my routine.

Then I'll go into manual stretches for 10mins.
Straight up stretch hold for 30 seconds with average force.
Straight down stretch hold for 30 seconds with average force.
30 seconds of cranks with average force.
Then
Repeat the above but I will add more force with this second go around,

Finally
I'll repeat the above but use max force for all stretches. I want to add where my grip will be. On the straight up stretches My grip will be close to mid shaft. On the downward stretches my grip will be just below the glans. Also instead of doing straight down on this last go around I will so A-Stretches, I love these at high tensions!

After stretching I'll go into pumping for 10 mins at 5hg, maintaining a 100% erection in the pump the whole time.

After the pumping I'll go into what I like to call a combo of squeezes and stretching at the same time. I'll grip very close to the base with a 50% erection and bust out a few kegels to push as much blood as I can beyond my grip, then I'll squeeze hard, and pull straight down at the same time, or do cranks, or pull straight up. When I'm pulling I get massive girth beyond my grip, and I feel an intense stretch at the base. I'll mix these up with all different types of angles. This will go about 10 mins.

Then I go back to the pump for 10mins at 5hg, again being 100% erect in the pump for the whole time.

To finish up I do 10 more mins of combo squeeze and stretch. Last I edge after wards, and maintain 100% erection for 10mins. I clean up and put on a cock ring to wear for the remainder of the day.

That will be my Penis Enlargement routine for a while now.


Also I'm getting back into lifting weights. I want to get some strength back, and would not mind to add like 10 to 20lbs of muscle in the process. So I'm stocking up on protein for muscle growth, and oatmeal for my energy. I have just loaded up on creatine and am ready to begin my cycle.

I will be doing mostly basic compound exercises. Bench press, Dead-lift, pull ups, shoulder presses, squats. I'm trying to gain strength not isolate. So I'm sticking to the basics and am going to attempt to eat like a horse.
Squat 3 sets
Dead-lift 3 sets
Bench press 3 sets
Pull up 3 sets
Shoulder press 3 sets
Dumbbell curls 2 sets

I will be doing this 1 day on and 2 days off, with a warm up of 10mins of jumping rope.

Day one I followed the routine above. I'm still extra thick and long flaccid today. 24 hours later! The workout was intense as hell. Damn Penis Enlargement feels good!

Yesterday I did a massive girth routine, with some stretching. Today I did mostly stretching. At all angles and tensions. My dick felt extra rubbery today, I als did mix in some uils into my stretches, with gave the upper 3/4ths of my cock a good pump, and the 1st 1/4 of my cock, mostly ligs a good burn! Overall not an extremly intense workout but rather a productive one. Mentally I was into it a lot.
 
Yeasterday I pumped 3 sets of 15min at aorund 5hg. I edged between sets, and for about 15mins afterwards, I did not bust a nut! I felt pretty lazy, but I needed to get some type of Penis Enlargement in! I was hanging fat all day today!


Today- I did some manual stretching, in all directions at all tension levels for about 15mis. Then I did a set of pumping for 10mins. After the first set of pumping I did more manual stretching, in all direction, at a high tension level. Pumped again for 10mins, then stretched again for 10mins, high tension and all angles. Last I pumped for 5mins and edged for 5mins. I kept losing focus in todays workout because the fucking phone kept ringing. Overall for me it was just a workout with average results.

Tommorw 10-22-05 If I do any Penis Enlargement I'll only do piss pulls, and maybe 20mins or so of stretching. I have to work a 6 day week this week, and next week I have to work a 7 day week because of a new computer program were getting at work. Hopefully next week I can still squezze in some Penis Enlargement!
 
Oh yeah I forgot to mention that as far as lifting goes I'm taking the week off due to a shoulder injury I recieived playing Handball last weekend. I'm still feeling pain in it, so I want to let ot heal before I go back to doing any type of presses. I'll let you know when I start up again.
 
Way to go Ed! I'm feeling like I have fell off the wagon as of late with my fitness routine. I really need to get energized again. Its only been 3 days off but it feels like a month!! 5:00am is getting earlier every day

Thanks CTWM! And 5am is early as hell! I try to workout after work, I'm feeling my best then! Maybe you should try this approach???
 
Update!

For some reason this week my mind has wanted me to focous on length and no so much on girth. I want that 9nbp really bad as of now. Then I will work on cementing my girth. I got a pump and if I want to have massive girth before sex all I gotta do is pump. So here are my workouts for the last couple of days!

Mon, All I did was stretch, all directions for 45 mins straight, I also threw in some pulse 110's! I stretched so hard I was at the point of shaking during some of the stretches, I also got some small blood spots on my glans from all of this hard work! Which dissappered the next day.

Tues- I mainly did the same workout but I threw in some ulis into the mix, really expanding the upper shaft and glans. Overall a really good workout, I seemed to hang really low afterwards.

Wed- Which is today! I did only stretching manuals. All angles and it really felt productive. I might have to take tommorrow off because of my job, I might have to pull a double tommorrow and fir, and sat and sun. I know I have to work all weekend because of a new computer system we are converting to. But If I have to miss my workouts I'll make sure I get some really good piss pulls in!

I plan to start my weight lifting routine again Monday 10-31-05. So I'll keep you updated on that too!

Thanks man! I just bought some Opti-men muti vitimans. I used them in the past and they really jump started my energy levels, and healing time.

I've been working my ass off as of late. 6 tyo 7 days a week, 60 70 hours a week. I have managed to get all my pe workouts in. Mon - Fri for the past 2 weeks. Now I have a fucking cold. It sucks, that and work have drained all my energy.

I'm now adding some light weight hanging into my Penis Enlargement routine. I have some wrist weights, a total of 4lbs. I'm going to attempt to hang with them at least 2 hours a day after pumping and girth work. I want to see how that will effect my length. Still I'll be doing manual stretches. Instead of doing my normal A-stretches I'm going to bust out some DLD blasters.

I went to GNC and bought some Kore- Firestarter, it is a energy / mind supplement, and fuck am I rushing right now. Today is the first day that I've tried it. I think I'll go hit the weights today, regardless of my itchy throat and runny nose. I feel motavatied.
