New turn of events,

thrombose vein has even gone more down, however fluid build up or whatever it is is still there and swollen think its been there since I injured myself, not only that for the last 4 or 5 days, I've been stretching, after my hot and cold treatments, coz thats when I noticed when its at its most flexible or bendy.
