Alright, I'm back in the game, after basically a PE Break of about 8 months.

Too much work, no more privacy time, usual stuff for any PEr I'm afraid, well... From my last measurement, it seems I've even lost a little bit (that I couldn't cement obviously), almost half a centimer (1/4 inch) <:(

BUT, Starting today, I'll have a GOLDEN opportunity : About 3 to 4 months with a lot of privacy time, and I have no idea when I may get such an opportunity again, so I'm thinking this is it ! This is probably my last chance. I need to get my last +0,5" to +1" during those 4 months ! Not sure that's possible but I'll work and stretch like I think I can achieve it ! No regrets ! :cool:

- I've started manual stretching again (in the morning, in the evening) with Latex Gloves for the grip. I do mostly DLD Blasters, also some stretches upwards, some straight out, all of thoses bundled. I try to stretch for 1 to 2 min (or until my hands get tired when I can), for about 30 min total, with some 1-2 min breaks.
- Will also try the SWM rag stretches during the shower, nice time to stretch with some warm water to keep all the tissue nice and ready.
- To avoid getting erect (that always have been one of my biggest issue while stretching), I'm using a lot of breathing (deep breaths, exhaling, inhaling, eyes closed, almost meditating, to relax as much as possible and lose any excitation or sex feeling/idea in my mind).
- Then, in the evening only, I compliment the manual stretches with 2 sets of MH hanging (20 min each, started back at 3 Kg / 6,6 lbs, since it seems comfortable so far). After 10 min, I add a sandbag of 0,5 kg (+1.1 lbs) and finish like this.
- Some edging and a little bit of jelqs, ulis at night (light ones) to expand the stretched tissue
- No alcohol (or 1, 3 glasses max, only in week ends)
- 7 to 8 hours of sleep
- Healthy diet with lots of proteins, lots of water to drink
- Some Moisturizing cream to help my penis hang on and heal at night

I've been performing my routine consistently for two weeks, then, last week I received my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Length Master[/words] :)

Total Game Changer ! I can now stretch with it in some angles, where I couldn't really feel any stretch or burn anymore with my bare hands, very very good stuff, I wish I would have bought it sooner. Well, it's never too late ! :D

So here's my updated routine now :

- Morning (before going to work) : Quick session of 15-20 min, with some manual stretches (grip with latex gloves). I mainly do Mandingo Stretches or V Stretches I guess / [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] Mandingo Stretches + A Stretches / DLD Blasters + Some stretches downwards. All bundled (twice).

- Lunch Break (bonus set when I can) : 15 min manual stretches (same as above) + 20 min Hanging with MH (now at 4,5 kgs / 10 lbs), bundled (penis reversed).

- Evening : 30 min to 1 hour playing with my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Length Master[/words] stretching and attacking all angles. I also use some straps that I attach to the handles (with a slipknot) to have some "feet handles". Then, I use the strength of my legs and stretch straight out, down for some 5 min or as long as I can take it.
+ MH Hanging or 20 min (1 set minimum, 2 sets when I can).

Some Thoughts :

- I'm always trying to feel a nice stretch and burn feeling in all the stretches I do. If I don't feel it, it ain't working I guess.
As a motivation, sometimes, as I push my stretch to the limit, I'm saying some louds "STRETCH & BURN !!!" as some kind of war cry and to push myself and my penis to its limits :D

- I guess you will always need to push your penis to some new limits to make gains (new stretches, new angles, more powerful). It's been a long time since I couldn't feel any burn anymore straight out, down, now with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] additional Power, I can finally feel some burn again !

- I've adjusted my wrapping, adding a cotton pad (dem*k**p style) on top of my glan, that my cloth wrap handles. I also put it right after the "lip" of my foreskin (being uncut), and not over the foreskin being retracted (which caused some pinching and pain). That'll probably have me stretch some more foreskin, but well, that could be a nice thing too in the end (added friction for her during sex). Then, at last a cohesive wrap (ace style) keeps it tight (about half a inch lower than my glans), and that's where I attach my MH or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words].

Will do a measurement after 1 month (15th of January)

Update :

- Since my last update, I kept on hanging mostly, left the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Lengthmaster[/words] aside a little bit, since I found it diffcult to do and work with both at the same time, I preferred to focus on hanging in the end.
- Worked my way up to 8 kgs / 16,7 lbs, which was starting to be challenging in the end. Until 7,5 kgs / 16,5 lbs, I could hang twice to three times a day (20 min each), feeling a nice burn feeling throughout each session. Hanging while standing up mostly.
- Starting at 8 kg, I found it much more challenging (and after a 15 days vacations break with the family), so I cut to once to twice a day only

Results & measurements after 4 Months :

NBPEL : 17 cm / 6,7" = No apparent gains (from the ruler) even though It seems to me my penis hangs lower now
BPEL : 20,5 cm / 8" (I basically only came back to my former max from March 2016)
BPFSL : 22 cm / 8,6" = No gains there too
In the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Goliath[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] I reach Max 22 cm, and 21cm in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words], but I think it's because the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]comfort pad[/words] steals 1 cm on the measurement gauge.
Didn't measure Girth (wasn't the objective).

I don't really understand why I get some gains BPEL, while I see nothing NBPEL and BPFSL, but BPEL is what matters most I guess :)

Bottomline :

- After those 4 months doing a lot of PE (according to me at least), I have mixed feelings. One one hand, I could get my former gains back (Yay)..On the other hand, It seems I reached some kind of plateau. I mean 0,5 cm (less than 1/4 inch) in 4 months...it's not much (some guys get about one inch in 3 months...) about a gain of 1mm per month...And it's only past gains that came back mostly... If I project such gains, I would only gain like half a inch in a full year of hard consistent work ...well. Doesn't seem to me it'd be worth all the work, energy and time spent doing the same routine..Which led me to think :

1) Either my ligs can't stretch anymore or not enough (downwards), or I would need to exert much more strength in order to stretch it more maybe (like more than 8 kgs / 16,7 lbs obviously). I always had some difficulties getting length gains, since I only gained 1" of length overall (in several attempts over the years) doing PE since March 2010.

I don't see myself stretching upwards, and I won't have the privacy and time to do more [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] or MH anymore very soon. I'll basically need to hide during my shower time in order to keep on doing any type of PE :)

2) It seems it's time to try something totally different to do, I need to figure out and experiment new things like maybe :
- Do a Jelq only routine (shower compatible), like savageblue did, and see how that works for length gains over 3-6 months
- Do Jelqs + [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] maybe (still shower compatible)
- Do Jelqs + [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] + some kind of Manual Stretches in the shower (not easy for the grip, I need someting easy to put and remove,...something discreet to hide also)

So good to have a thorough report on your progress. I know this is something you said you do not have the privacy to do but if you could carve out 10 minutes day in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] for upward, Bundled Stretches, you would break this plateau wide open. Upward stretches are simply impossible with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words], the intensity is simply not there with the hands and if it is there is always slip. If you could give 10 minutes to this I guaranty you will break the plateau.

So, when was the last weight increase? Using fractional weight plates? .5cm in four months is not that bad. So, you have a potential to gain 1.5cm in a year, correct?

Maybe you should focus on something else for now while you have less time.

Please try to get them in, I think you will find gains there that were not possible without the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words]. 10 minutes would be more than enough time. I would even do them Bundled for half the time.

Well, you're right, the truth, is that there is a lot of marketing about getting 1 inch in 1 month and stuff, but the naked truth about PE I guess, is that most guys would gain like 0,5cm in 3 months really ... If you stay consistent, you would get about one inch in a year which already makes a difference for sure (but it's still a lot of work and dedication and energy and time for most "normal" guys).

Personnally, I was kinda disappointed since I only got back my former max gains (so I had the feeling I couldn't gain more at all, period). Well, I'm afraid, that's the way it is, if you stop doing PE, you lose about 0,5 cm, then, you need to work at least 3 to 4 months to get it back. My last weight increase was 3 weeks ago with +0,5 kg each time (from 7,5 kg to 8 kg). I use PVC dumbells and sandbags (0,5 kg, 1 kg, 3 kgs, 5 kgs) so I can make a lot of combinations with them (I just strap them together to the weight I need).

The thing with hanging (for family guys or husbands/fathers like me), is that you need some privacy to get setup, put your wrap, attach the hanger, the weights, and then stay for 20 min during the sessions.

I won't be able to do that since I do "Stealth PE", so as you said, I need to find some new solutions of my own
