Bundled Hanging for 10 min (1 twist right for 5 min, 1 twist left for 5 min) at 8 kgs, then 5 min at 8.5 kgs, then 5 min 9 kgs (all in one Hanging set without detaching the hanger or leaving the weight). Then applied hydratant cream

Tried to hang first. So it was kind of a pb for hanging also, so I did some Bundled Blasters again to try to improve that
So managed to do a last one for today ! Hanging for 20 min : 8 kgs for 5 min, then 8.5 kgs for 10 min, then 9 kgs for 5 min
