This is called a Constricted Horse squeeze.
You can do MOST if not ANY pe execise ya want [erect] while constricted, i.e. edging , erect bends, ulis , horses, wet jelqing and dry jelqing etc etc .... but the PLAIN simple constrictor exercise is the one I explained where ya get erect and clamp, keep turned on and kegel new blood in from time to time ... have this for 10/15 mins , move upto 30 mins over the months.
Some will say that doing only Cable work wont help .... BULLSHIT it does work on its own, I am LIVING PROOF it does.
I would advise anyone starting this clamp stuff, go easy with the baisc one I just said .... than move onto the clamped horses , erect bends [very careful] , and jelqing etc etc ... I do ALL my pe work in a clamp so I work with the MAX blood I can.
Also the ATS rollers, HOLY SHIT do them while clamped for 30 mins and you will STILL have the pump a WEEK later after a BREAK no bullshit, useing clamps in ya sessions is the way to go IMHO .... it also helps length and head size [especially head size - look at myn].
I will over the weeks make another tutorial on clamp work, but for know I am sure you guys will be fine with the simple one .... if ya wonna try mixing other stuff with it than just do the exercise as ya would but with the clamp on, simple as ... dont go over 10/15 mins as a new guy .... stay at this until ya think your ready, than move upto 30 minutes, this will take alot of time.
