Slow Squash Jelq with Soft Wrap
My development of this version of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] was inspired by RED, Crayzed and Dash - True Penis Enlargement Pioneers

The original instructions for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]Slow Squash Jelq[/words] are below. The biggest difference with this version is a soft wrap that accomplishes a few things that have become highly effective in my GIRTH gains since my restart. This version of the exercise will make it to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] pay-site as I feel this perfects an exercise that was already incredible. The first and foremost advantage of this method is that the grip is greatly reduced allowing for longer, less hand abused reps. It seems that the wrap provided enough trap of outflow that strength of grip is greatly reduced. The second incredible advantage over traditional clamping is the soft, flexible state of the cotton allowing for pain free squeezing, manipulation, and bend of the extreme base. Lastly, it provides the ability for a quick release if desired and extremely fast re-wrap. I prefer to stay in this soft wrap state for about 2 minutes while doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] exercise before re-wrapping. Give it a go and I think most of you will love this new take on an incredible GIRTH exercise.

I provided a picture of my cotton strip and an illustration showing the wrapping technique.

What is needed
1 half inch by 16" strip of cotton (preferabbly from a cotton t-shirt)

The Wrap
1 half inch by 16" strip of cotton (preferabbly from a cotton t-shirt) Get yourself completely erect. Starting at the extreme base, kegel as much blood as possible into your penis and hold it, tightly warp cotton around the base and wrap about 2'' up being sure the wrap is tight enough to stop most of the outflow of blood. Once I am in this position I squeeze the blood from my glans slowly to release only this much blood from my penis. I do this to give myself a bit of room to successfully squash my penis without it being too dense to be comfortable.

MENTAL STATE:
This is still a major part of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words], I did not need to change this test as it is the same with thise version of the exercise>>>I look at a session with the same frame of mind I would with masturbation or sex. I want to be highly aroused and ready to enjoy the session. I like to be laying down with a good porno on with total privacy.

TIME:
I set a time in advance (sometimes I go beyond that time) I usually dedicate 30-45 minutes to the session. I do not count how many I am doing my one and only goal is MAXIMUM EXPANSION for each and every session. I can tell by looking at my GIRTH that I am fully engorged and this is where I want to be as this is where GIRTH gains are. One rep of this exercise can last as long as 3 minutes for me (it really depends on endurance and hand strength) My hands get very cramped and I need to switch positions every 5 minutes or so. As time goes on your hands will get stronger.

THE EXERCISE:
I get myself fully erect. Once I have an optimum erection I will kegel as much blood into my penis as possible than with one hand (as shown) I clamp off at the base and wrap following the instructions above. The hand clamped off around the wrap at the base should slowly and intensely jelq up maybe an 1-2 inches. Once in this position I take the heal of the other hand and squash the blood from by head downward against the hand clamping. I am still applying upward pressure with the clamped hand as the heal of the upper hand continues to push the blood around. Very similar to an Isolated Compression Squeeze the difference being the upper hand is open and the heal of the hand is used to push against the resisting hand. As I said above I will do one rep for about 2-3 minutes at which time I release do a few Dual Dry Jelqs and begin the next set.

Similar but the biggest difference for me it a hard clamp makes it impossible to train my base without pain. The soft-wrap allows for pain free manipulation. Also the increase in endurance is incredible.
 
DLD, that wood floor looks like it's hurtin' for some waxin'! ;)

This sounds good though. Cant you just wrap off at the base and use the cloth similar to a cable clamp? Like, for squeezes and such? I'm subscribing to this thread so I'll be reminded to tinker with this idea when I get back from my trip this weekend.

For me there are a few reasons why I like the cloth. I like the extremely quick wrap I also like that with each consecutive wrap around the pressure gets more intense. I also like that I can quickly unwrap after a rep. Finally, for me, it is the softness, comfort and flexibility of the cotton at the base allowing me to train as if there was nothing there at all. I like the idea of this Thera-P, can someone post a picture of this? My only concern with Thera-P would be the length, it seems that the more I wrap around the base the stronger the intensity but also the easier to hold a rep of the actual exercise.
 
Dam DLD these they are great I tried them last night. I cut out and used the elastic waste band from one of my old boxers. In 20 mins I got through about 4 reps, usually I get through bout 15 causes I got some weak ass hands. I all ways get a great pump after but dam ,after doing these with the elastic waste band my girth look like monster material.

Thats what I love about this technique is the relief on the hands. It is like night and day. I gotta try it with an elastic waist band tonight, sounds very cool.

After a min at most, I can feel myself getting soft while my grip is still tight at the base. Do you get softer but just stay in the exercise until a few minutes are up? I think if I tried with a soft wrap, I would go softer quicker than with my hand at the base. Thanks for any help.

A bit more gentle than a clamp and it still holds excellent expansion.

I'd completely forgotten about this too. Great idea. However, I've been doing SSJs by hand for a couple weeks and tried this but ended up getting those red dots. Not scared, had them before, but I'm wondering if my penis is not conditioned enough to be doing this exercise yet. Any thoughts?

The red dots would imply you are getting a tremendous workout. I am so happy someone is using this exercise, I was just talking about how I create good exercises that become buried in the forum. It is good to see someone giving it a try.
 
ive just tried these for the first time n OMFG the exspansion is unbelievable my penis looked similar to a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] session :) i have got some slight bruising tho but i was doing it for about 20 mins n like i said ive never done these before, defo be working these into my girth work. where have i been lol

Awesome! This thread has gained a new life and I hope more people see it and try this exercise. Thanks for giving it a go and I hope it helps you gain girth faster.

Lots of talk about cockrings lately does anybody try this one? I have, it gives you way easier engorgement plus isn't as bulky as clamps.

I have seen many and tried but I still dig the rubber rings you can buy at Home Depot for like nothing.
 
Bump. DLD what rubber rings from Home Depot? I'm using a hair tie wrapped around my wang for a cockring at the moment. I have been thinking about getting a real one but they are expensive and if you know of a cheap alternative I'd go grab some!

They are called "O Rings" and they are in the plumbing department. They will have multi-size packages. They cost like a buck for a bag.

Can these be worn while in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] for a short 5 min session to really keep that blood in there and get a massive pump? I tried that last night and had good results but didn't go for very long. The pump was incredible and with every kegel I could feel it about to explode, and I don't have the vacuvin mod yet. Thoughts?

Yes, for short periods of time. I would try it minute by minute before going for 5 just to make sure everything is ok. Try 1 minute, then 2.....

Did 5x5x3 last night and noticed those red dots all over my shaft after the 2nd set of SSJs I think. I kept going and did another set of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] and another set of SSJs but I kept monitoring the spots. I know they are nothing to worry about but is it ok to keep exercising when they do appear? The very last [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] I did I got a small purple spot on the shaft, about as big as a pea maybe smaller.

I would stick with two sets and when things come down a bit and add the 3rd set in the future. No reason to rush and bruise yourself. Red spotting is ok but bruising is something you want to avoid.
 
Love this excersize, gives maximum pump indeed. Did 1 rep today, for being extra carefull with girth as I bruise easily, but wow!! Going to do a little more of them tonight for sure!!

Oh i'm growing allright. Did put in a girth set last night and because of my new bean-heatsack didn't bruise ot of the ordinary growing pains. Did 5 of them after 50 wet jelgs and slow bends. All I can say is wow... woke up with a massive boner and my libido feels like i'm 16 again. Having 60% boner for 4 hours off and on. And the expansion after excersize is just wow. I now need to make or steal a routine for my girth to get consistant with it, including these. Any tips?

This is a routine I put together 10 years back, it may be a useful foundation for you to add/take away from, for your own ideas.

Okay Kiplynx see below for your girth only routine.

Exercises used

Clamped Horse squeezes [Redz method]
Clamped Edging
Clamped Jelqing
Helishakes
Light jelq

Before the session

Hot wrap warm-up for 10-15 mins with whatever you like such as hot cloth around your dick, very important to get good blood flow to improve circulation and prevent injuries.

What your session involves

X3 10 minute sets with approx 2 mins between them useing 3 different exercises.

Clamped Jelqs - overall penile health and great mass producer, gets your blood flow going.

Clamped Horses - Builds thickness to specific areas on your penis and is very intense. The best girth exercise imo.

Clamped Edging - Done last engorge everything that was expanded in the previous work and works very well for overall growth of the penis by time under engorgement if you will and by this I mean when your clamping with this non-stop in that position fully erect while being aroused its how the exercise works best, the time spent at fullness maximum engorgement helps expand and develop the internal penis and this also helps with lasting longer in bed if you take your arousal to just before the point of no return and than keep coming back.

The routine

x1 clamped Jelqing for 10 mins

Rest

x1 Clamped Horses for 10 mins

Rest

x1 Clamped Edging for 10 mins

Afterwards

Once complete you should do some helishakes which are just grabbing your penis at the base and shaking it around like a helicopter blade to get circulation around.

Do a very light and gentle jelq session as well and this does not need to be done erect and semi or flaccid will do. Lasts around 2-5 mins to warm down.

Do this 2 days on 1 day off for 2 weeks and let me know how it goes.
The days will than change along with the intensity involved.

Please read my guide, the exercise section on the three exercises because I do a different variation of the horse squeeze than its normally done.

Easy! The 5×5×3 and SRT is the best girth workout ever.

Can the 5x5x3 be done with a normal pump, I don't own a BM...

You can use any pump to do the 5×5×3. So give it a shot and let me know how it goes.
 
Trying this today....love the SSJ. Noticed more veins as I go.

I always start at 100% and allow myself to settle into about 90%. If I get 20% expansion I am ending with a temporary gain of 10%
