Excellent to hearSpent some time away from home (4 days to be exact) and was curious if I lost any size in the MityVac...probably had about an hour off/on inside the cylinder this afternoon and was right where I left-off last week. I'm thinking the upward, fulcrum stretches that Kyo mentioned may have helped. This will be incorporated into all of my MityVac sessions (tried it in my Bathmate and just lost pressure/water).
When I go to bed, I'll do some BTC stretches and trap my junk there and sleep on my side...
