It's more duration than reps for me and I change the angle (left to right and then back downward) to make sure I evenly stretch the ligs. I tend to change positions once I feel a bit of soreness but always maintaining at least a modicum of tension. I prefer the downward hang vs. the straight-up erection angle, (in my mind it makes her think she's gotta put more effort into getting me 'ready', LOL)

I will take your words and start trapping the mityvac in between my legs. I've been using the length master to do expressive stretching stretch straight up and straight to the center. Adding a downward stretch with the pump seems promising.

Will keep that in mind henceforth.

Just a quick update (plus I joined Abdiel's 9" by New Years accountability group)...I saw a post by Kyo where he mentioned straight-up stretches while in the MityVac (something I've never done...always downward and side-to-side), so I've been experimenting with getting the best EQ possible, entering teh cyinder and pumping to 7Hg to 9Hg while levering-up the tube toward my chest. I must say, that's a nice stretch that I have not felt before and it seemed easier to reach my personal best. I'll keep at it for the next few weeks and report back...in the meantime, thanks Kyo!

Hardcore stretches are an amazing way to gain using a pump. The Mityvac is best as it has the most controlled intensity.

Glad to hear brother, we all have crazy goals and it would most definitely be crazy if all of us reached 9 inches by New Years.

Some friendly competition, encouragement and motivation really helps keeping me accountable and concistent and hope it does the same for you as well.
 
Spent some time away from home (4 days to be exact) and was curious if I lost any size in the MityVac...probably had about an hour off/on inside the cylinder this afternoon and was right where I left-off last week. I'm thinking the upward, fulcrum stretches that Kyo mentioned may have helped. This will be incorporated into all of my MityVac sessions (tried it in my Bathmate and just lost pressure/water).
When I go to bed, I'll do some BTC stretches and trap my junk there and sleep on my side...
