It's more duration than reps for me and I change the angle (left to right and then back downward) to make sure I evenly stretch the ligs. I tend to change positions once I feel a bit of soreness but always maintaining at least a modicum of tension. I prefer the downward hang vs. the straight-up erection angle, (in my mind it makes her think she's gotta put more effort into getting me 'ready', LOL)
I will take your words and start trapping the mityvac in between my legs. I've been using the length master to do expressive stretching stretch straight up and straight to the center. Adding a downward stretch with the pump seems promising.
Will keep that in mind henceforth.
