I watch an inspiring vid on my tablet in the shower to get/stay hard, and then use the VacuVin to modulate pressure. I maintain about 80% of max for the majority, but pump-up to 90%-100% several times. This variation in pressure seems to help keep the edema in-check

...let's just say I've been denied pussy access more times than I can count :) Since Canada is so convenient and has 100's of store-front options, I just 'go-to-the-next' avoiding the predominantly Asian establishments.

Most girls, no matter how experienced they are with larger penises, will choose the path of lesser pains. If they see anything larger than 8in long by 5.5in thick, they back off real fast. This has been my experience as well...a few that have been enthusiatic at the start, several that have warmed-up after a gentle 'break-in' period and many that just tap-out after five or ten minutes.
I'm easy-going and laugh w/the girls which often loosens them up (literally and figuratively) so my mileage is usually pretty good

The mamsan shows me to a vacant room and I request to see who's available (usually anywhere from 2-8 girls depending upon traffic) and once I've made my selection, I hop in the rain-box for a rinse. As we probably all do, I lather myself enough to get a good sized chub and I step out of the shower immediately after the girl enters the room. This allows her to get a decent preview of what's going to happen. at which time we exchange a bit of small-talk/light humor so she can see I'm not some crazy American, lol
