Want to start doing hardcore stretches with the mityvac. I want to start doing it tonight. This is one exercise that I've never really done for up to 3 minutes in total. Doing it while still doing expressive stretching with the length master will surely break any length plateau.

Try trapping the cylinder pointing down between your legs...the lig-stretch can be as intense as you can withstand due to the leverage of leaning your torso. I attribute my increased flaccid hang to this exercise.

Since my hands are usually occupied (keyboard/book/remote), I have not dedicated multiple hours on expressive stretching, but when I 'dabble' the 'pull' on the inner penis is definitely felt

If you are only going for girth. I would also be against wearing a cock ring. After your done is where you need a cock ring for an hour at a time
 
@Big Schwanz Acht what's your current routine? Just pumping?
morning shower 10 minutes in the MityVac and 10 minutes in The Bathmate, afternoon/evening 45 minutes to an hour in The MityVac (I vary the pressure every 15 minutes or so). I've been stuck at just over 21 cms for a while now, so I may look into changing things up, but for now I'm fine with how it looks/performs

How many reps are you doing? Do I need to trap it the cylinder between my legs throughout the sessions?

It's more duration than reps for me and I change the angle (left to right and then back downward) to make sure I evenly stretch the ligs. I tend to change positions once I feel a bit of soreness but always maintaining at least a modicum of tension. I prefer the downward hang vs. the straight-up erection angle, (in my mind it makes her think she's gotta put more effort into getting me 'ready', lol)
